Hello, I can’t turn my tower fan TP02 oscillation off using the remote or the app. It oscillates even when the fans turned off.
Is it a software or hardware problem? Can I reset the machine? Any advice on how I can fix it?

I’d say that there is a fault with the hardware.
On previous posts where this issue has come up, the mods have instructed to call the local CS line for a replacement/repair. Might be your best option here..

I see. Pathetic really considering the price of a Dyson fan & I NEVER had this problem once with a $25 fan from Target!!
I couldn’t agree more. It’s very annoying when the machine goes wrong, but from my experience you can’t fault the service from Dyson.
I had an issue with my machine last year, after calling them they had it picked up, repaired and returned to me within a working week. With a full report explaining what they did.
Hopefully you have the same experience here.
