I have been looking for months for a replacement wand and Laser Slim Fluffy cleaner head. I have used the “notify” me link and still 6 month nothing. How long are companies going to use COVID as an excuse. Purchasing Dyson for the cost in the hope of being able to use it for years seems to be coming to an end when there is no continued support of the product. Very disappointed. Now I did say this is a question and not a conversation……. what are my options for finding parts for my Outsize+ purchased 12/2022….???

I sympathise. Website stock is somewhat of a rarity for most of their cordless cleaners, even when choosing the ‘Notify’ option.
Thankfully stock allocation to the physical stores and helpline is different. I recommend calling or using the messaging service in your country to speak directly to dyson.
