I purchased a Dyson Airwrap however the product didn’t work as intended and as such a return was requested. The Airwrap was received by Dyson and acknowledged on 5th September 2024. There is a policy that you need to wait so many working days which I accepted (but don’t approve of).
I have gone through the Dyson Webchat at least 7 times and each time they have told me that the refund has been processed yet still I don’t have my refund.

It is now the 21st November and I keep getting lied to.
Does anyone know of someone I can contact so I can actualy get my refund as i’m now at a loss - paypal keep taking money for a product that I don’t have in my possession.
