I recently purchased the Dyson v15 detect.
After one week of usage the battery stopped charging. I contacted the company and they gave me a replacement. Once I started to charge the new battery, it is stuck to 45% and not charging more.
Is there a deficiency with Dyson batteries or a problem with the charger?
What should I do? Send back the whole product?
It’s not quite clear if it’s the charger or the main body of the machine. Also, check the electrical contacts where the charger input goes into the body of your V15.
