How do you get any customer service from Dyson? I have made at least 10 phone calls and used the digital assistant twice but there is no way to actually officially complain. Has anyone found an email address to complain about the poor customer service because complaining to customer service about customer service is always destined to failure. I appear to be stuck in a spiral of promises to act with nobody doing anything and there is no-one to complain to about it!

Hello - I’ve been facing the same issue for more than 4 weeks. It seems odd to me that paying such exorbitant prices doesn’t result in any customer service, even when your product is under warranty. Good luck with your quest.
