I have recently bought a v12 cordless vacuum as part of the £100 recycling scheme. I need to send back my upright ball animal 2 however I am struggling to find suitable, large enough packaging material.
Can Dyson send me the right packaging material.

We’re not able to provide a box or packing material for you to return your trade in machine to us. You’ll need to source and provide these yourself.
Keep in mind you can reduce the overall size of your machine by detaching the cleaner head, wand and handle, and placing these in a box next to the main body.
