I have the same problem. I have confirmation from Dyson that the upgrade is included. I have confirmation from Parcelforce that 2 parcels were due. Only one delived (the machine). I have contacted Dyson Customer Services, (as well as trying the chatbox and everything else I could think of) who now say that e-mails to various addresses (including .mac.com and many others) don’t send when they include an attachment!!!!!!!!!
I have never once had this problem before.
It is not possible to pay the postage myself, as the parcel contains the lithium battery, and carriers will not accept these from the general public.
Update : After several messages & phone calls, managed to finally get my return shipping label by email today.
Perseverance & the help of this forum seems to be the answer !
