Replacement machine | Dyson Community

How long does it take to receive my promised replacement vacuum? It’s been over one month. My emails are not being answered but were previously when I was going through the replacement process, shipping it back, etc. I know my vacuum was received at the warehouse per the tracking #. 
Any advice is helpful.
