Hi, wondering if anyone else has had same issue and been able to revolve. The robot is correctly on dock (blue light goes off on back when it is placed on) but says return to dock on LCD screen of Robot and MyDyson app says ‘Robot off Dock’. I’ve tried cleaning connectors to dock and robot with dry cloth but hasn’t fixed problem.
