To trouble shoot your Dyson, kindly check machine base by the following steps: 

  1. Ensure all the feet are attached to the base of the machine.

  2. Place the purifier on a flat, non-slip surface.

Also, ensure the correct button on the remote is being pressed.

Oscillation

Point the remote directly at the front of the machine while pressing the button.

no reaction doing this. Rotating is also going on, when I switch off the purifier.

Thank you for getting back to me!

Kindly replace the remote control battery by the following steps: 

1. Unscrew the remote control's battery compartment.

2. Loosen the base and pull it away from the remote. Replace the battery with type CR 2032.

Kindly confirm, do the controls on the MyDyson app work?

I´m not shure that the battery is the problem, cause all the other functions do work and I also used the app and also with the app no reaction.

Well, I contacted Customer Care and they also couldn´t solve the problem. I have to send the purifier to Dyson.
