I advise not sending in stuff for warranty replacement. We sent ours off 06Aug2024 and still haven’t received a device. They told us we didn’t send all the parts and only sent the cyclone. The cyclone weighs less than 7 pounds and the package shipped was 11 pounds. That doesn’t even make sense. We spent $800 on a vacuum that now we don’t even have and they just keep telling us they are waiting for approval. They are now saying 7-10 days from now so we will be going 3 months without a vacuum. Don’t send in for replacement just wait for parts.
