Hello , I wonder if someone can help. I have used the telescopic handle to hoover stairs and I cannot get the handle to retract back into the hoover . There doesn’t seem to be a button to do it on the original animal and can’t find any support online. Any help much appreciated ☺️. Thanks

Thank you for coming back to me. I’ve worked it out now ! I just had to lie it down and it clicked back in and retracted . I appreciate your reply though .
