I have received awful customer service from Dyson regarding broken straighteners. I was told they would be collected to be repaired, waited in all day nobody came to collect, called them- not working today for collections???? Even though we were told it would be today.
went on chat and was told they weren’t fixable and they were sorry for the mix up, then I was told to wait for the collections as it could be up until 8pm.
called Dyson and asked if they weren’t fixable would I get the product back? The lady couldn’t tell me if I would? The whole process makes no sense at all. Terrible service for high end products and I still have no answer.
