I have had a terrible experience with Dyson’s customer service. I ordered two hair dryers in September, and although the delivery was delayed until the end of October, I was okay with that. However, I only received one of the hair dryers. I have called customer service multiple times, spending 30 minutes to an hour each time explaining my issue, but no one has been able to resolve it. They just keep telling me to contact UPS by myself and do nothing to help. This is incredibly frustrating, and I will not be purchasing any Dyson products in the future. Their customer service is non-existent.
