We have had in use the below model of portable Dyson vacuum cleaner, and since purchase have had no issues until now.
Due now to perhaps to use, the tube from the vacuum unit/collector has some «play» in it, with the result it now presents a danger in use. With the result of this waggle gap it pinched a chunk of skin from a finger, very sore!
please advise how this can resolved
