Hello everyone! I love my V12 Detect slim vacuum but not being able to buy a battery is getting a bit ridiculous. I signed up for them to notify me a year or more ago when the vaccum first came out. I also used my mother's email address and my girlfriends thinking it would increase my odds of getting one. We still have yet to receive an email saying stock was available. I also contacted Dyson by phone and chat, but still no luck. I would recommend this vacuum to everyone if it wasn't for the battery issue. The vacuum cleans so incredibly well! Does anyone know of a last shot chance of getting a battery? I've literally tried everything.
