I have been trying to order an extra filter and extra fluffy thingy for my V12 Slim Detect, they have been out of stock on my Dyson App since I purchased it 3 months ago, intact nearly everything is out of stock. I have signed up to be notified but no luck ? Any help please

is there a phone number to call for more help. Seems a bit pointless having a bot to control information of stock. A human would be of more help.
