Have a V8 animal purchased direct from dyson in 2021 its serial number starts f7w and the battery has stopped working, flashing red. But the dyson website says my serial number does not exist and so unsure which battery to order . Also live chat on my phone keeps bouncing back to top and is not very user friendly at all .Thanks Kim.

Which country are you living in? Is it possible to call or visit the Service Center? Also did you register your warranty, if you didn’t it could be the reason why the dyson website says your serial number does not exist.
