Just wanted to inform your company that they build and sell very subpar products, My family has spent many dollars on your products because we thought they would be considered very high quality as the prices are so SO HIGH on all of your products, we have purchased a vacuum cleaner that did not last a year and a half, a hair dryer that my daughter bought that was destroyed in the NC flood FROM HURRICANE HELENE in SEPT of 2024 and also a bladeless fan, ALL THREE products have failed in less than a year and a half, we spent 300.00 on the vacuum and the hair dryer was around the same price and I actually forgot the price of the fan , it was a xmas gift, WE contacted your company which resulted in ZERO compassion and liability for these 3 failed products, WE are not asking for one penny from your so called company, when we called the customer service number we could not even understand the person we were talking to, and all they wanted was receipts where they were purchased, Well after a year had passed we had no idea where the receipts were put, I guess knowing how these products are manufactured we should have put them in a bank vault for future needs, After speaking with many families about Dyson we found out we are not alone, All had experienced many malfunctions with your products, the icing to all of this was when my daughter who bought a Dyson hair dryer for her business which was flooded in the NC HURRICANE HELENE storm in Sept of 2024 , Dyson told her there was nothing they could do , a 22 year old who started her own business who at one time actually tried and promote these products, and now its only NEGATIVE remarks about how she was treated by your company, when the company she worked for learned this they ALL bought Beachwaver products and SKIN research products, which are far more reliable than dyson. One more thing here, when you really think about it, what would Dyson really lose by replacing one hair dryer to a once very loyal customer who truly believed Dyson built and designed a superior product,
