Hi! I recently ordered a vacuum and a hair dryer. They had the same tracking number and were supposed to be delivered at the same time. When I got an email saying it was delivered, I immediately went out to retrieve my package. However, Only the hair dryer was delivered, the vacuum was missing. I would really like to get in contact with Dyson to just process a refund, or have me pick up another vacuum, since package theft is so rampant. However, there is no Dyson email to be found, the online chat is not available, and the phone number never has anyone picking up.
