I have today received my new hoover which was a replacement under warranty. However when I went to register my machine I found that it had already been registered by Dyson and instead of having a new 5 year warranty it only has the remaining 2 years that were left of my old machine. Surely this can’t be right? I would have thought that a new machine equals a new 5 years warrenty. Does anyone have any experience of this?
