Hey guys, I just purchased a new wash. G1 mop as I was mopping for the first time. I noticed it was leaving foam residue all over my timber floors. Once it was drying it was becoming dirty streaks. tried the self cleaning option? And on the side of the machine or soap residue was coming out of the unit? Can I please have some advice or how to solve this issue?

Perhaps your floors had detergent residue from whatever you cleaned them with before and the Dyson is picking it up? You didn’t put foaming detergent in the Dyson, did you?
