This fell out the box whilst unpacking. Is it just packaging or something from the v11 vacuum?

Thanks so much for taking the time to re-share these images - sorry to hear you had some difficulty uploading them previously.
This does look like it’s a seal from your Dyson vacuum. It would be worth discussing this issue directly with your regional Dyson Customer Care directly as a missing seal could impact performance. Once they’ve been able to confirm exactly which part of the machine it comes from, they’ll be able to advise you of your options for resolving this.
The quickest way to get in touch is to visit Dyson.com and click the round purple button to launch the Dyson Digital Assistant. Then click the agent icon in the bottom left corner of the chat window to start a live chat conversation with our Customer Care team.
