My Dyson replacement purifier had been shipped two days ago order number : , i haven’t received the delivery yet, because a DPD driver had been lying twice on 25/07/24 and 26/07/24 that he had attempted delivery and no one was at home , I have got evidence to prove that driver had been lying twice , He posted the picture of outside my building as a evidence on 25/07/24 and another random house as a evidence on 26/07/24, just frustrating that i couldn’t use my high value purifier that was bought to minimise our Allergies. I need suggestions to resolve this situation , i haven’t had great help from Dyson customer service yet.
