Heater settings for Dyson connected purifiers cannot be controlled via the MyDyson™ app due to safety standard UL 1278, as required by the US Government.
This affects Dyson products with a heating function. Please use the provided remote control to adjust the heat settings to your needs.
The safety standard UL 1278 came into effect in March 2019. Any product manufactured before March 2019 does not have to comply, but any product manufactured after this date does.
