The Dyson WashG1™ wet cleaner has been engineered to hygienically wash a range of popular sealed hard floor surfaces including -

  • Tile
  • Ceramic
  • Stone
  • Slate
  • Laminate
  • Linoleum
  • Vinyl
  • Sealed wood

Some floor types can be sensitive to moisture - so if you’re not sure, we’d always suggest double-checking with your flooring manufacturer. They’re best placed to advise on the most effective way of caring for their product.

 

Please note: The Dyson WashG1™ wet cleaner cannot be used to clean carpet, fabrics or rugs.

Hi, this looks like something useful for my house as I have a lot of tiled areas. But I have one room where the carpet has been removed and it's bare concrete, quite dirty.

Would the WashG1 wet cleaner work on bare concrete?

Hi @gillp,

The Dyson WashG1™ wet cleaner should be ideal for cleaning your tiled floors, and it’s fine to use it on bare concrete as long as it’s sealed. But it shouldn’t be used on any unsealed flooring, including unsealed concrete - which is porous, and may not dry properly. There’s also a potential risk of damage to your machine.
