Hello everyone. Being an early adopter of Technology, I just got the Dyson 360 Vis Nav today and it is currently mapping.

My suggestions as follows:

  1. Would love if there was Apple integration as well. Maybe an apple watch app as well.
  2. Would love to be invited for beta features/software/hardware.

Thanks.

Hey @chienwuen

Welcome to the Community!

As an early adopter, your insights are key and will ultimately help others with their onboarding journey - please feel free to share any further feedback or recommendations you have. The more the better 😁!

I’ve awarded you the Robot Specialist badge, which should help you stand out amongst our other members - wear it with pride 😃!

Stuart.

I will!

It's night time here in Australia so I will continue playing tomorrow with the Dyson 360.

I’m interested in the dust detection tech, anything you can share or post on this will be very welcome!

The “heat” map of dust seems to be very interesting. I like to see where all the dust are.

Still learning about the robot. Set it to sync with my other robot to start cleaning different areas of the house at the same time.

So far so good. I am hoping for software optimisation over time and hope that Dyson does not forget about this as the tech in this robot is much more than any air filter I think and with the price deserves at least 5 years of software updates.

What do you think?

@chienwuen agreed. Their marketing and webpages are driving traffic to the app. Encouraging registration and offering ‘exclusive’ rewards.

This year alone they’ve added registration and support material for their stick vacs. This change in the app architecture isn’t a small investment.

I’d expect they’d be rolling more money into software updates for their connected products. I at least hope this to be the case. The headphones are on my purchase list. I’d like more customisation to be added in the app first.

The “heat” map from first full house clean yesterday. Note it took about 5 and a half hours to clean. Hope it is just because it's the first time.

The detail level alone is impressive! I have the previous model, the Heurist. It’s a great workhorse but clearly lacking in some advancements.
This is yesterday’s cleaning result.

The usual clean time is about 25 minutes with no charge. Each charge increases the time.

Let me know how the next clean compares.
