Let’s start by looking at what our team have been working on this last month. And highlight the NEW content that hit the community in May.

 

How to: Campaign 

We’ve been releasing even more articles into our ‘Getting to know your machine’ series. In May, we’ve focused our efforts into articles that help new and returning owners become familiar with their machines’. These include:

Our next batch of articles focus specifically on our newest category and the newest products to be released by Dyson. Keep an eye peeling for these throughout June and July 🙂!

 

Category Update ‘Robot vacuum

Following the unveiled of intelligent robotic vacuum cleaners - the Dyson 360 Vis Nav™️ robotic vacuum, we’ve updated our existing Robot content to include the Dyson 360 Vis Nav™️ robotic vacuum - adding to the already rich content we have to support owners with product onboarding, in-app functionality, through to maintenance and common queries.  

This update includes: 

  • An update to our TWO existing community sections - For the discussion and sharing of product knowledge;
    1. Homepage Category - ‘Robot vacuums’.
    2. Knowledge base Category - ‘Robot vacuums’.
  • Updated copy, onboarding and support material, including embeddable YouTube links applied to our existing 33 articles and 8 subcategories - individually designed to help onboard and support owners;
    1. Robot vacuums subcategories;
      • General discussion - For general discussion and help.  
      • Setting up your home - For discussion and advice on preparing the home, connectivity, through to the first clean. 
      • Scheduling, mapping and zoning - For discussion and advice on using In-App scheduling, mapping and zoning features.
      • Controlling your robot - For discussion and advice with controlling the robot, In-App features, manual controls, and more.
      • Maintaining your robot - For discussion and advice on general maintenance, including filter information, charging, general cleaning and more.
    2. Knowledge base subcategories;

 

Category Update ‘Hair Care

With the unveiling of our latest hair care innovation, the Dyson Airstrait™️ straightener in New York, we expand the Hair care category to incorporate this new product. 

From sharing our ‘Getting started’ videos, articles that explore the Wet and Dry styling modes, through to those that cover general maintenance, here’s a summary of everything that's new and that’s changed:  

 

Announcements

Alongside the category updates, Dyson also announced the release of two further products. The Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde and the Dyson Submarine™️ wet roller head. Read more about these two products by clicking on the below articles;
