What is the Dyson Community? 

The Dyson Community provides a space for Dyson owners to connect to discuss Dyson technology, learn more to get the best out of their machines, and support each other by sharing their own experience and expertise.

It’s a dynamic and ever-expanding knowledge base for information around Dyson machines past, present - and even future!

Following a successful pilot of this pioneering new platform beginning in August 2022, focussed specifically on Dyson Connected machines, it’s since expanded to cover all Dyson product categories.

How can I contribute to the Dyson Community?  

We’re really excited to see how it continues to develop and evolve over time. Of course to make it the best place it can be, everyone's involvement is key to growing the platform and helping make it even more of a success.

As well as supporting each other, any feedback you have on the platform will be invaluable as we work together to develop it. Tell us what’s working, what isn’t and what you’d like to see more of. We’ll make sure we take this feedback away and action it the best way we can.

We’d like the Dyson Community to be enjoyable for everyone so please read our Dyson Community Guidelines / Code of Conduct and adhere to it when interacting with each other.

How do I navigate the Dyson Community?

At the top of our homepage you’ll find the Community and Knowledge Base tabs. In each of these areas, you’ll find articles and information written by our team, as well as topics already discussed amongst our users.

Can’t find the content you’re looking for or an answer to your question?

The search function on the Dyson Community Homepage indexes the entire catalogue of existing questions, topics and replies - just search for the keyword or query you need help with. 

If someone has posted something similar, it will return this in the top results. Read our How to: Search and post on the Dyson Community article for further information in this area.
