Hello. I have a Hot+Cool Jet Focus AM09 fan heater and when I enter the serial number on the MyDyson app, the serial number isn’t recognised. I’m certain the serial number is entered correctly.
Is there another way to link the fan to the app please?

According to this article they’ve not yet enable the App to recognise pre-pruifer fans.

You’ll be able to register it on the MyDyson Website, but not in the App.
