Hello, I lost my Dyson HP7A remote control, now I cant control temperature, fans speed, change direction...etc. Basically My HP7A becomes useless without the remote control. I called Dyson support 3 times.
- The support person (also got his line manager involved) suggested me to use the Dyson app while waiting for the remote control back to stock. However, The Dyson app doesn't not connect to HP7A. I am shocked that Dyson employees don’t know their product that well.
- One day later I had a second support call, the support tried to help finding the remote from external sellers, but didn’t success. He said I should exchange my Dyson for a refurbished one and created support ticket for me. He said Dyson will get back to me within 48 hours, but 4 days gone by, no one has contacted me.
- Four days later, I called the the third time, the support said I am not eligible for an exchange because it is my fault to lost the remote control, and loosing a remote control is not eligible for an exchange. The support suggested me to wait but he can’t give me how long the remote becomes available.
I am so disappointed with Dyson, what else I can do to be able to use my Dyson again?
