Ontrac ANC for calls

Hello - I see there are multiple requests for Dyson to allow ANC during phone calls. All of the threads are marked as “resolved,” but this is absolutely not resolved. Saying, “we’ve made an active choice not to allow this feature you’ve let us know is critical for you as a customer” is not a resolution.I just received these headphones yesterday and thought they were defective when I was on a call. In today’s work environment where most of us are looking for headphones to cancel out the overwhelming noise of coworkers in the office, noise cancelling on calls is table stakes for premium headphones. I’m a workplace strategist at a large architecture and design firm, which means I design workplace setups and strategies for corporations. These headphones will get a red x (warning against them as part of a workplace setup) unless this feature gets updated.

PLEASE allow noise cancelling during phone calls

I know it's been posted before but please can you update the Dyson zone to allow noise cancelling during phone calls.. for a premium headset that you can't use for phone calls as the background noise becomes too much is a serious downfall. I understand you've implemented this to keep you aware of surroundings or the level of your own voice.... How can this be a valid reason when you can listen to music with noise cancelling and still remain perfectly safe, if you made it an option to switch between noise cancellation or background amplification (like any other time) then surely the safety would remain in the hands of the user and they can switch back & forth as they see fit during a phone call.. Trying to conversate in any kind of public place becomes super difficult and frustrating down to this rule, I'm hoping if enough people agree and continue raising this annoyance you guys will listen and release an update

ANC During calls

I was unsure why I couldn't enable noise cancellation when in a teams call for work, I came on here to look to see if I was missing something but it appears that this is an intentional feature by Dyson. I think this should be changed perhaps with a software update as working in an office there is usually multiple calls going on around me and without noise cancellation it makes it very difficult to listen to the call I’m on whilst also hearing everyone else around me.I understand this feature was created to give you awareness of how loud you are speaking however this should be an option for the user. I don't see the point in disabling the option to switch between ANC and Transparency mode when in a call.I would love to hear back on this and hopefully my feedback can be passed on to those at Dyson as I'm sure I wont be the only one with this issue.Thanks.

Dyson Zone - Listening with a USB-C to USB-C

Hello 👋🏻 I tried using the included USB-C to USB-C cable to connect the Zone to my phone to listen that way but it doesn't work.I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, it will recognize that a device is plugged in but it only sends it power, it doesn't recognize it as an audio device. If I use the in-flight adapter with a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter and connect it to my phone's USB-C port then my phone recognizes the 3.5mm adapter as an audio device and send out the audio.Is there a way I can use the Zone wired and connect it to my phone with just a USB-C to USB-C cable? Thank you!
