I was unsure why I couldn't enable noise cancellation when in a teams call for work, I came on here to look to see if I was missing something but it appears that this is an intentional feature by Dyson. 

I think this should be changed perhaps with a software update as working in an office there is usually multiple calls going on around me and without noise cancellation it makes it very difficult to listen to the call I’m on whilst also hearing everyone else around me.

I understand this feature was created to give you awareness of how loud you are speaking however this should be an option for the user. I don't see the point in disabling the option to switch between ANC and Transparency mode when in a call.

I would love to hear back on this and hopefully my feedback can be passed on to those at Dyson as I'm sure I wont be the only one with this issue.
