360 Vis Nav night mode

Hello there! I was wondering if it's possible to schedule the vacuum cleaner to turn off its screen? My vacuum cleaner keeps turning on its screen at night for no apparent reason, and the bright light is making it difficult for me to sleep. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

PS:Correct title; `Detection of Air Flow Obstructed and Sensors Blocked Having Been Fixed`(Editing the title I saw no option for.)During cleaning just now another message appeared, `Drop Sensors Obscured.` But after cleaning those, using a camera lens blower, and turning the device back on its wheels, `Continue` appeared.Hello, when the “Airflow Obstructed” or “Sensors Blocked”  message appears, and it has been fixed, I see no other option than to power the device down and restart it again from the same spot it was on, and from there it seems to continue were it left off.On the latest map I see that the last part it just cleaned is smaller than the previous part made just before this last cleaning run until it stopped to have the airflow or the sensors cleaned. So I suppose it continued to only finish off the rest.It seems to work fine just powering down via the screen on the cleaner, and starting it again. But just as the sensors sense obstructions of air flow and blockages of sensors

360 vis nav not detecting battery out of the box (Solved)

I have just unpacked and set up my brand new machine. It has successfully connected to wifi. Says place on dock, it is on dock, battery not connected, robot temperature too high. It won’t even start. Software updates fail. Shattered!  What am I missing?

Linking the Vis Nav 360 to home assistant

Yes it is possible, bit of a “workaround” so as not to upset the development team at DysonPlease refer to my most recent update https://community.home-assistant.io/t/dyson-360-vis-nav-integration/580703 where I have used the APP Notifications through home assistant companion app which avoids polling cloud servers and is just using information which is readily available.There are some assumptions made within my automations around timings and states in the absence of full blown notifications.

connecting to the 360 Vis Nav locally via mqtt does not work anymore - Part 2

hello!at some point in April 2024 there was a FW update that seems to have broken my ability to connecto the device locally from MQTT.Doesy anybody know the nature of the change?The local credentials are still avialable but it just seems to now work anymore. Wanted to keep this thread alive as I have not got an asnwer yet.thanks

Linking the 360 Vis to home assistant

Dyson replaced my dyson eye with a new vis nav but on this model mqtt is not connecting.This is really frustrating as my last one linked to home assistant.Is there any way to go back to a working firmware or any chance dyson can help me fix this

Cant access Notifications in the MyDyson iOS app

I have connected my Dyson 360 Heurist to my iOS phone and wifi without issue and can send it instructions to clean etc.. But in the app, whenever I try the ‘Manage Notifications’ option, I get a screen saying ‘We’re having trouble connecting’. How do I resolve this?

Increase Vis Nav Dockingprocess with using the LED Ring

I got a really god idea for the docking in issues! That would change a lot!That idea was also sent to UK after I discussed the solution with my Vis Nav Professional. I hope it will find a way into the VisNav Settings. The IdeaCreate a toggle to switch on the LED Ring when the Vis Nav is on its way to the docking station and in the docking process. Make sure that the setting is NOT in linked to the brightness of the room- just turning on the LED lights. Here is why and how I found it as a solution.My Vis Nav and also my old 360 Heurist got always issues with docking in, no matter if it was day or night, sunny, cloudy or with lightbulbs. I got an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I switched on the flashlight and positioned it behind the Robot while it was docking in, but got issues to find the dockingstation. The reason was, I hoped that by improving the light conditions the robot will lern how to dock in better in the future…. BUT I found out that EVERYTIME I placed the iPhone-Flashlight behind the Ro

Why does my Dyson 360 Heurist robot vacuum return to its dock as soon as I start a clean?

My robot keeps starting and moving off the dock for about a foot or so, turns round and heads back to re dock. Returning to light dock comes on and in app the room I’m trying to clean gets a negative sign by the room.all filters cleaned and checked. Vacuum 2years old.Battery charging normally. No blockages. Dyson Robot 360 - The Dyson App in CHILE

HI there, I bought a Dyson 360 heurist in the netherlands and brought it to Chile, where I live. I asked the people in the store if it would work and said no problem. NOw I find the app store does not let me download the app and cannot use it. Help! Is there any way to fix this. It was a very expensive purchase.  Tried VPN and no success.  Sabine

360 Heurist - Wandering robot - Direct cleaning?

Can I make my robotic vacuum cleaner take a direct route from its base to the room to be cleaned?  At the moment it sets off and wanders around the hall before going into the chosen room to clean. (Moderation Edit - Tags Added/Updated Category)

360 Heurist - Robot Offline

Hi My friend has a Robot Heurist and it’s showing as switched off in their App. They’ve put it on the dock and it doesn’t come on. Is there an off and on switch? Does anyone know what they can do to try and fix it?Thanks. Kirby(Edited by moderator – Tags added)

360 Eye - Docking issue

Hi everyone. I’m hoping someone can help or at the least point me in the direction of support content. I recently redecorated and had to move my robot dock. When plugging it back in, I made sure it was in the same place with nothing in front of it. On two out of three occasions the eyes has had trouble docking. Does anyone have a suggestion on what it could be or what I can try to fix it? Thank you in advance.
