Humidifier Water Level - App Alert


My tank runs out of water and doesn’t notify me each time. Wi-Fi is correct as sometimes it notifies me on my iPhone and Apple Watch and sometimes it doesn’t. I am at home almost every day all day. Why is this happening?!

Its possible the purifiers lost connection to the cloud. In my experience this happened when it’s moved from one location to another or when there’s a power cut / the WiFi recently drop.

My first suggestion would have been to check your phones OS. Making sure the *Notification option hasn’t been toggled off. 

Restarting the machine is also a great idea.
