360 Eye - Docking issue

Hi everyone. 

I’m hoping someone can help or at the least point me in the direction of support content. 

I recently redecorated and had to move my robot dock. When plugging it back in, I made sure it was in the same place with nothing in front of it. 

On two out of three occasions the eyes has had trouble docking. Does anyone have a suggestion on what it could be or what I can try to fix it?

To answer my own question. 

The Community Manager posted an article earlier today. After cleaning the sensors, reseating the dock and moving some furniture a little further apart, it’s working. 

I hope this helps others in the future.
