Authentication

If you’re creating a MyDyson™️ app for the first time, or are logging into an existing account, you’ll be asked to authenticate.

The authentication email will be sent to your registered email address. It contains a verification code to input as you log into the MyDyson™️ app. 

 

What happens if I don’t receive my authentication email? 

  • Please check your spam/junk/other folder. 

  • Ensure that you are typing in your email address correctly.  

Please note. The email will be sent from no-reply@cp.dyson.com, please check that your domain is not blocking this email.
