Where can I buy this Heater Purifier?

Can anyone please tell me where I can find this exact model? The link the have goes to amazon but I don’t think it’s identical to what they have in the video, or is it? Is it for sale some place other than amazon? (Moderation Edit - Title Updated)

Purifier - Is No2 level 4 dangerous?

Hi, I purchased Dyson Purifier Cool Formaldehyde™ TP09 purifying fan 3 years ago.I have indoor No2 level 4 -8 everyday because my next door neighbor burns inscents in and out all day long. When they burn stuff, my dyson machine detects and the dyson app screen turns orange.  And it makes me wonder if its poisonous to be in my home.. I suffer from asthma and hoping this machine will help me breathe better to get rid of No2 level. Is it bad to have level 4 NO2 value everyday? (Moderation Edit - Tags Added/Category Updated)

Purifier - HP04 turns off even though no timer is set.

The unit turna off permanantly after some period of time. Every morning I have to turn it back on. Any ideas why?

Dyson hot + cool - Remote control range too short

I purchased a hot and cool fan in December 22. The fan does not respond to the remote control at more than 120 cm from the fan. When within 120 cm the temperature change does not respond very quickly and sometimes skips 2 degree.A replacement machine acted the same.Somebody I know has an older model with identical looking remote that respond at 3 metresIs this a machine manufacturing fault or inadequate machine design Does anyone else have this problem? (Moderation Edit - Tags Added/Moved Category)

Purifier - Filter Status Issue?

I have two air purifiers, a Dyson Pure Cool Link and a Dyson Pure Hot+Cool.  The Cool Link, which I purchased in November of 2020, shows me the filter status in the app.  Currently, I still show 11% life on that original filter.  However, the Hot+Cool, which I purchased in April of 2022, just shows 0%, which cannot be right.  It’s as if it does not even recognize that there’s a filter in there.  In the app, the “Continuous monitoring” switch is in the “on” position, but the “Filter management” section, is just “grayed out” and does not respond.  Any suggestions on how to correct that? (Moderation Edit - Tags Added)

Is it possible to swap power adapters for air treatment machines?

My family and I are currently living in Europe and we would like to purchase a air treatment device but want to ensure it will work when we go back to America. Dyson Purifier Humidify & Cool Formaldehyde PH04 - Machine no longer detects or corrects air quality problems

Bought in 11/29/2021. The app shows when there are problems but the app on machine stays flat always. When the app on my ipad shows there is a problem, I can also smell it, the machine does nothing to resolve the issue. I have a much older model that still picks up and resolves issue. I restarted, replaced all the filters and brought to Dyson Store. Was told it is fine. Said the app is not accurate. Told him my older model still speeds up and resolves issues in the room it is in. He said fine because it passed all the tests. HELLO??? It is NOT working. Any help would be appreciated so much. MyDyson App - Ukrainian App Store - Unavailable

Hello! I am from Ukraine and became a happy owner of PH04🥳 But I was very surprised that for Ukraine it is impossible to download MyDyson app😩 I had to register a new AppleID to install the app.  I don't understand why there are such restrictions?  You do not want people from Ukraine to use your equipment?) The application itself is not badly done, although it is a little crooked and sometimes stupid😕 Special thanks for the Russian language!  Albeit partial.  And it doesn't always fit on the screen.  But it's nice to have it) I would also like HomeKit support I hope the application will be available in the Ukrainian App Store in the next update. Thank you!🙏

Dyson Purifier Humidify & Cool Formaldehyde PH04 humidifier no longer working - Help!

The humidifier worked fine last year. Started up this year and nothing. Runs and asked to clean when everything brand new…ran the cycle anyway…Replaced all filters, reset, reinstalled the app and still nothing. Any help please? (Moderator Edit - Tags Added, Converted to Question)

My brand new HP7A wont connect to the MyDyson app

My brand new HP7A machine won’t connect to the MyDyson app. I select to Add Machine, then it presents screen titled Select Your Dyson Machine with all the product categories listed e.g haircare, floorcare, air treatment etc. I select air treatment and then it gives two mock images of different machines telling me to pick the machine which most resembles my own. The bottom picture with the graph resembles mine so I select that, then get a screen that says “To begin please switch on or place on charge”. My machine is on, so I click continue and then get a message that “We’re having trouble detecting your machine”. I select continue again, then confirm my wifi and Bluetooth on my phone are on. I select continue on this screen and next get a screen which says “Connectivity could be disabled” and to press and hold the power button for 5 seconds and a wifi symbol will appear. No symbol appears and I get stuck in the same triage loop.  Can you guide please? The documentation in the box has fa

Dyson AM09 Fan - Cooling mode

Fan won’t go below 33 degrees. Needs to be at 32 degrees for cooling. Is there a way to reset the device? (Edited by Moderator - Tags Added, Title Amended)

Wishlist for the next Air Purifiers range!

I’d like to put a few things on a wish list for the next version of the software.Expose all measured values to the third party systems so we can ask our smart speakers what the temperature, humidity, air quality, etc. is at the unit. Allow air quality threshold to be a trigger so our smart speaker system routines can turn on other smart devices.

Purifier Switching on by itself - Help?

My purifier is switching on by itself. It’s not on auto mode. Random times. Also it shows indoors temp as 0 degrees (I’m in Perth and it’s 35 degrees outside). Grateful for any feedback. (Moderator Edit - Tags Added)

Purifier - How to change settings from heat to cool without the remote

We lost our remote and Dyson are out of stock. Is it possible to change settings from heat to cool without the remote. When I turn the machine on it just blows hot air and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to change it over? Can anyone help explain please?

Logitech Harmony & Dyson HP07 (Using a 3rd Party remote Control)

I have a Logitech Harmony 950 Universal Learning Remote and I’m trying to learn the commands from my Dyson HP07 to declutter my numerous remotes.As it is, the Dyson remote commands will not be learned by the Harmony remote.  On calling Logitech, the conclusion was to request the Pronto Hex Codes from Dyson so they can create a compatibility with the HP07.However, calling Dyson Support seems to confuse them as how to answer the question and where to find these “special codes”.So, I’m asking here, where can I get the Pronto Hex Codes for my Dyson HP07 so I can send it to Logitech and make my device compatible?

Purifyers stopped humidifying after filter replacement

Hi, I have two purify and cool machines that I run constantly in the winter. They were both working fine until they indicated that (first) deep cleans and (then) new filters were required. I did the cleans and then replaced the filters. Now they are indicating that they are humidifying but the water tanks remain full despite the room humidity being well below the set level (70%).  Has anyone else experienced this issue after replacing the filter? Thanks.

Replacement Humidifier - Ongoing stock issue

Dear CommunityHave one of the original Cryptomic purifier humidifiers. First one stopped working and they send a second one and after few months that stopped working. On WhatsApp after hours they are like sorry we dont have any in stock and after months they said the same. THey wont let me send it back and wont give me a new one or give me store credit to buy a new one, wont let me downgrade just to a purifier. I have started tweeting and they say so sorry DM us and we take care of this and DM is not available? SInce the beginning I probably owned 6-7 vacuum s and several purifiers and never seen the company in such bad shape. Is the company in trouble? ANy one know how to get intouch with any one at the HQ? Thank you.

Purifier HP00 - Not oscillation when heating

Hi all, I have recently purchased a HP00 hot and cool fan, however I noticed it doesn’t oscillate when set it to heat, only above 24° it does. Is that normal?  Thanks! (Edited by moderator – Tags added)

Dyson Humidifier - Can you get to 70%? Help!

Has anyone actually had their dyson purifier and humidifier get up to 70%? Ours doesn’t go past 45% we’ve tried many of the tricks in the community.  (Edited by moderator – Tags added)

HP04 Model blowing heat & cooler air at same time?

Although I’m getting warm air blowing from the unit, the lower and upper areas of the air flow ar much cooler, it is not consistent warm air flow from the unit

Using Dyson's UK appliances in the US

Hi there, I will be shortly moving to the US from the UK and have a series of Dyson appliances which I would like to continue using. Most importantly I have a Dyson Pure Hot+Cool™ Black/Nickel that was purchased in the UK which is barely 2 years old. Can i use this in the US using a step up transformer? Or is there an exchange program at Dyson US which will enable me exchange the UK model with the equivalent US model? (Moderation Edit - Tags Added)
