Heyyyyy Everyone! New Airwrap owner here.. Hi!I have all three barrels (20,30 and 40mm). I’m still trying to get the hang of using them but my hair is straight but frizzy.I used to use my straighteners to get that ‘relaxed beach wave look’ but now all these barrels open a whole new world of opportunities!!!!I need some inspiration ladies! Please, please show me what hairstyles you’ve achieved with these different barrels. I’m desperate for some tips! 😅Also, any advice on how to hold the airwrap to get my hair styled quickly would be a bonus! 🤗Thank you!!Lily Jane x

Dyson new Supersonic Colour - I am in LOVE!SPOTLIGHTED POST

I got the Dyson Airwrap in November last year AND I love it!I decided on the blue & rosé colourway, which looks so beautiful! I’ve just seen they have a new Topaz Orange colour AND I want it so so badly!! My Airwrap now looks lonely and I’m seriously considering buying the Supersonic 😁If anyone has one yet, please, please, please share your photos! 😍!

Hear me out on the Dyson Air WrapSPOTLIGHTED POST

It’s never easy justifying the price you pay for top quality tools. But it’s always easy selling something that you are truly confident in. It is on display every day and I make a big deal showing everyone it is the only styling tool at my work station. And I’m my trolly they will see my scissors and the attachment parts to the air wrap.As a stylist if I know that my client is using this in their spare time . I already know that they are doing their job in looking after their hair themselves . Ensuring they’re using recommended products too. It leaves me with less roadblocks when it comes to their service which a lot of the time my biggest time waster is working carefully around damaged and fragile hair. I use it for my weekly blow wave concessions and some of my clients even have one of their own. Because of this Almost 80% of my clientele use the air wrap once a week with me or at home. This has become their only styling source for the week.My clientele are my walking advertisement.

My Salon, stylist and clients love our Supersonics - We love it so much that we now have four of them.There’s an enormous number of reviews out there and I should be sharing more than I am, but I wanted to show people my favourites. The reason I upgraded the salon’s hair dryers to Dyson is because of one review in particular. TheSalonGuy - Honest Review from a Stylist of the Dyson Pro Hair Dryer - TheSalonGuy. Hair Straighteners- AVOID!!

My straighteners are now 8 months outwith warranty, Dyson have advised me that they are non-repairable. They won't hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. Dyson have offered me a 25% discount on a new set or £99 for a refurbished set. I'm so disappointed that they aren't standing behind their product and that they feel less than 3 years is an acceptable lifetime for such an expensive item. This appears to be a well reported and common issue with the straightners. I will not spend another penny on any Dyson products.

Airwrap repair charge

I have an Airwrap purchased for a tidy sum of £450 in March 2021.I’ve called and messaged customer service today to ask for a service on my machine, essentially the airwrap keeps cutting out, I remove the filter, clean it, put it back on and carry on.I don’t believe it is a “repair” issue, I think the unit just needs a service, which I know from my hairdresser friends this is something that they offer, reluctantly, but it is possible.Only to be told it that it will cost me “£99 GBP” for a “repair” My hair is short, it takes me approximately 8 minutes to dry my hair, 2/3 times a week, it’s hardly been put through its paces in the time that I’ve had it, I’m now expected to fork out a further £100?Does anyone on here have any experience with successful getting an airwrap serviced? Or a provider that can do it? £100 seems like extortion for something that was really expensive in the first place. I like my airwrap but not enough to be spending another £100 on it

how long is reasonable for an airwrap warranty repair?

With a month left on my airwrap warranty, it started getting smokey when I was using it, so I thought I should send it off to be checked over while it was still an option.No issues at all getting it collected 5 weeks ago, but since then it’s gone downhill. After a week I had an email from the repair workshop asking me to confirm the serial number, as the repair had been raised under an incorrect serial number. I was asked for proof of purchase, which I provided, along with a photo of the label which I took by chance the day I wrapped it up for DPD.I’ve chased/asked for confirmation the correct item would be returned four times in the past month, and received absolutely no reply from the workshop. I contacted the Dyson eBay account where I bought it and all they‘ve said is that when it’s ready I will get an email and tracking number.I’m quite irritated at the lack of response, and wonder at what stage the repair time actually becomes unreasonable? 4 weeks in the workshop seems quite exc

I ordered the airstrait over 2 months ago and returned it right away as a new color option was available the following day.  The original purchase was not even opened.  I have the confirmation from Purolator that Dyson received my return.  I have called numerous times and they keep telling me that my “bank” should issue the refund within 1 to 2 billing cycles…...I think it is BS!  When I use my credit card, they get the money instantly so why did they not credit my credit card directly.  BEYOND frustrating.  I will never purchase another Dyson product - I have spent a lot of money on their products and I like them but the customer service is not acceptable in this day and age.  Come on Dyson do BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MISSING DYSON ORDER -- Horrible Customer Service

I ordered an airwrap roughly a month ago on Nov 17th. I got an e-mail saying it had shipped a day or two later and still haven’t received anything. After spending EIGHT HOURS on the phone with dyson customer service (which finally admitted they are a call center and don’t work for dyson) I found out it was never in stock in the first place and they have no plans to ship it. Ridiculous. Anyone had a similar experience? Anyone actually work for dyson that can help?

Airstrait Filter Failure - Disappointment

I received an error message on my Airstrait - “Filter Blocked”. I followed the troubleshooting to clean and wash the filter, waited for it to totally dried and refit it back to the Airstrait. It allows me to turn on, however, after 30 seconds, the same error message - “Filter Blcoked” came up again.I contacted the customer service and I was told to purchase a filter replacement, which is NOT covered under warranty. How insane is it? In my routine, I followed Dyson’s recommendation to clean the filter once a month. I purchased this product at $700 with such a premium brand but the filter last for such a short period even I followed Dyson’s official recommendation to clean the filter  once a month. I have been using this product for only a year. Plus, the customer service representative told me the filter is currently out-of-stock, which means I am unable to use it until further notice.Dyson disappointed me a lot and I definitely won’t recommend this product to anyone else.

MISSING DYSON ORDER

I ordered a Dyson Airwrap from Dyson last week thinking that would be the best and safest place to order from. I was SOOO WRONG! They only have 2 days left in their delivery/shipping timeframe and UPS still hasn't received it yet. I'm incredibly upset and disappointed. I reached out to support already, and they were rude and unhelpful. No one seems to know where my order is, yet my money is in Dyson's bank account. So unfair and poor service! I'm beginning to think that getting this was a big mistake. Maybe I should have went with a different company.

AWFUL Customer Service Experience (Dec 2024) I Submitted to Better Business Bureau

I bought my wife an Airwrap for Christmas online directly from Dyson Canada in 2022. It came with a 3 year warranty. After about a year and a half, it broke. I reached out to Dyson and they sent me a prepaid envelope in the mail.  In September 2024, I dropped the airwrap in the prepaid envelope and dropped it off at the courier as instructed. Dyson did not send me any emails or correspondence during this process, and I was not given a copy of the tracking number.October 28th, I called Dyson and was told they did not receive the item and a ticket was started and would be contacted in 1-2 days. I was never contacted. November 28th, I called and Dyson claims to have never received the Airwarp. They insisted nothing could be done without a tracking number and I had to contact Purolator.  I called Purolator and after waiting on hold for 3 hours they could not provide a tracking number and insisted it was a problem with me and Dyson. I called Dyson back and was told I would be contacted in 1

Disappointed with Dyson Hairdryer Reliability and Customer Service

I purchased the first-generation Dyson hairdryer with all the attachments a few years ago. After just 1-2 months of use, it completely stopped working. Since then, it’s been sitting useless in my closet because I didn’t know what else to do with it.Recently, I reached out to Dyson customer service to see if there was any way to repair it. As expected, my warranty has expired, but I my only option is to drive to an in-person service center that is too far from me. There’s no option to ship it back for repair or even recycle the parts. The only thing I can do is throw it out as regular trash and buy a new one for $500. It’s frustrating to feel like I wasted my money on something so unreliable. Beyond that, it’s disappointing that Dyson, a company that markets itself as innovative and sustainable, doesn’t offer more convenient or environmentally friendly solutions for repairs or recycling.

feeling like I have been Scammed by Dyson

Having a really bad time with Dyson.I bought a Dyson Airwrap for my daughter’s Christmas presents. The product shows as being in the delivery Hub but after 3 week it hasn’t arrived. I called customer services twice already asking why and each time I’ve been promised that someone will follow up with the courier and they will comeback with an answer. Needless to say nothing has happened and I am £450 out of pocket feeling like I have been scammed.It’s not what I expected from this Company and I read so many articles that people not only don’t get the product but they struggle to get a cancellation or refund.

DpD collection /Dyson Customer service

Why do Dyson use DPD?Iam trying to return my Dyson airwrap under warranty as it keeps over heating! DPD were meant to collect between 6/7pm kept getting updates until they said he was running late, next message was I'd missed him ! . Obviously he had had enough that day and decided to go home ( fair enough ,it had got late )  Told would be out next day, rung DPD and they couldn't speak to depot, so said couldn't confirm if coming or not, well he didn't turn up that day but decide to come on the Sunday without notification , and we were out.  I spoke to Dyson and they said they needed to rearrange collection which they couldn't do until 20th Dec this would be two months with out a airwrap and two months into my warranty ! The email came through and they had booked it for 29th Dec ! Why can DPD and Dyson be so useless at communications.  I'm still getting emails saying DPD will be out today , no time . I have now wasted three days sitting around waiting for collection. I asked Dyson Cust

Conflicting advise regarding the charging of Corrale hair straightners

Good morning, my question appears to be so simple but the responses I’ve received from two different customer service operators has been totally conflicting.I’ve had my Corrale straightners for 3 years, but for the past six months they did not appear to be charging correctly. I contacted CS and they have eventually sorted me out by swapping my troubled straightners for a reconditioned pair at the cost of £99. However when I first rang CS and explained what was going wrong, I was told the problem occurred as I’d kept them on the charging stand constantly charging. This did make sense, but the following call I had I did say I’d NOT make the same mistake this time and this operator advised me that having them charge 24/7 is the way to go.Please can anyone advise me which is it charge 24/7 or not?

I have a blush/blue airwrap that I have used a couple of times and I have noticed black stains on the blush areas. I would like support on how to clean and Im a bit disappointed, such an expensive product and the color is turning.

Hasn’t been a year, 6 months into using the dyson airwrap, noticed black stains around the main part and some of the attachments, coming onto the community section i have seen a lot of others with the same problem. Contacted dyson and the person on the phone was very rude and said nothing they can do. Considering how expensive the product is and no help is really disappointing and frustrating. Please tell me i am not the only one this angry and sad about the product.

dyson airwrap replacement

I have the ceramic pink Dyson airwrap which got stolen along with the smoothing brush and coanda smoothing statement when on holiday. I’m looking to replace these parts, I have called Dyson uk and contacted them on the website and none of them understand me and ask to troubleshoot my machine (even though I have said multiple times it has been stolen). Is there a British person I can speak to about this to purchase the replacements. it’s literally so unnecessarily difficult to talk to them.
