Warranty not being honored

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the warranty replacement policy for my Dyson Airwrap, which I believe has not been honored according to the information provided on your website. According to Dyson's website, there is a two-year warranty policy that allows for a replacement of the product if any issues arise. However, when I contacted customer service, I was informed that since I only have one month left on my warranty, I would only be eligible for a refurbished replacement. This was surprising to me, as it is not specified on your website that a refurbished item would be the only option for customers with limited warranty time remaining. During my conversation with customer service agents, they acknowledged that this policy is not mentioned on your website and indicated that they plan to update it. Broken Airwrap right out of the box!

I purchased a refurbished Dyson Airwrap on September 5, 2024. I was very excited to receive one, as the website promises all refurbished products are tested and come with a 1 year warranty. My airwrap arrived on September 10, 2024. Upon immediately plugging it in, it was broken. I tried every outlet in my apartment, but alas, nothing. I called customer service and received no help. I had to show them the broken airwrap via a video call multiple times, following their instructions of reseting the outlet, cleaning the filter, blah blah blah. Nothing worked. Finally after an hour of speaking with customer service (half of which was spent on hold), they told me I had to ship the airwrap back and a new one would be sent. I asked if it would be brand new or refurbished, they said it would be refurbished. I asked if I could just get a refund, they said no. I asked if the refurbished one would actually work, they said “hopefully.” Hopefully???!!! I am not paying $400 for something to hopefully

Missleading situation dyson.com.ro

Hi, I’m Pops and recently I’ve bought my second Dyson product, a Dyson air strait strawberry bronze from Dyson.com.ro Romania and honestly I felt very disappointed because in the product post it specifically said that it comes with a Dyson storage bag which I did not receive when I got my order! I must add that I had a conversation on the Dyson chat and the agent told me that i could benefit from a 10% discount ONLY if I give him my data and if I want to benefit from that discount I could only write them on the chat, so I did and I received a link for payment, with the purchase selected by the agent! Today when my order came, I saw that the storage bag was missing and I wrote once again to support and they told me it was a mistake and the storage bag does not fit the airstrait and that they can not send me one because it’s for the air wrap instead, and if I want I can return the product, which seemd very rude and unprofessional! How do I get help processing my refund?

I purchased a Dyson airwrap and financed via Affirm. I’ve contacted customer service no less than 3 times by phone and as many times via the chat function as well as by email. I returned my product within 2 days of receiving it...completely unopened as I had an emergency expense come up and realized this was not something I could treat myself to at this time. I’ve confirmed you have my product. First I’m told that refunds will be processed within 10-14 days and then one to two billing cycles. The service representatives don’t understand that they need to process the return in order for me to stop seeing charges within one to two billing cycles. Because two billing cycles is 60 days...not 10- 14 as your policy suggests! As far as I’m concerned you are being fraudulent and misleading your customers. Not to mention the absolute horrific customer service I’ve received from the most rude group of people ever! They all claim they are in the US but I’ve not spoken to one person that doesn’

Serial number easily lost on Supersonic Hair Dryer

We purchased the very expensive $350+ Supersonic hair dryer probably just less than 2 years ago. Yesterday it was suddenly blowing cold air only. Chatted with Dyson and they wanted the serial number which is on the cardboard box it came in (who keeps those and what a dumb place to put it...why not on the oval storage box that you keep?), and also on a large hang tag attached to the power cord (which I’ve come to find out, the majority of people find unattractive and annoying and remove, as I did). Apparently there used to be a serial number on the instruction manual, which I still have, but they decided to no longer put it there. There is no serial number on the actual dryer itself. Huge, HUGE flaw on Dyson’s end. I actually never thought of needing to register the dryer on the website when I got it. Long story short: “no serial number = can’t help you”. They suggested driving over 150 miles to a Dyson service center. Then I was told I could call another location for a mail in

customer service issue - airwrap i.d. vs airwrap

I bought my first ever Dyson hair product at the end of June this year. I was quite disappointed to learn that within few weeks of this purchase, Dyson released the newer technology of the air wrap i.d. which has new attachments as well. my frustration is that this was not mentioned to me at the point of purchase - if I had known that a new technology was literally weeks away, I would have waited to buy this instead. I reached out to the customer service team to ask about opportunities to exchange, and to raise a complaint and was told I’d be contacted within 72 hours. I haven’t heard back from anyone and just feel like as a new customer this experience has really put me off. I also feel like the tools aren’t working so well on my hair which is Afro textured. I was reassured by the sales assistant that this would work but I am regretting putting my faith in Dyson to protect and elevate my hair now. its a lot of money to spend - I just wish I was treated with care and understanding -

Missing Hairdryer & Unacceptable Delay

I am extremely dissatisfaction with an ongoing issue regarding my missing hairdryer. I sent my hairdryer for repair on 16th September and was informed that it would be returned to me on September 13th.However, upon its return, the delivery company, DPD, left the parcel outside my property despite my instruction not to do so. I have photographic evidence from DPD of where the parcel was left . When I returned home, the parcel was missing.I immediately contacted Dyson and was informed that there would be a 48-hour turnaround to investigate the issue. Unfortunately, it has now been five weeks, and I still haven't received my hairdryer.I paid £100 for this repair service and am incredibly upset by the lack of progress and communication. I have called numerous times and keep getting told that it will be escalated again and an investigation is ongoing. I deeply regret sending my hairdryer to Dyson. Has anyone else had a similar experience and know the best way to deal with this?

How can I get help with my refurbished complete multistyler airwrap?

Hi. I had purchased a refurbished multi styler air wrap complete last month and in a month it stopped working did all the troubleshooting steps but nothing worked. I got the limited edition ceramic pink since it was only available in refurbished and I made the biggest mistake. Since past 7-10 days I’m back and forth with Dyson via live chat, email and calls but there customer service is horrible. I am willing to pay the difference and want to get a new one since I don’t want the same problem again with the refurbished. But I don’t know what customer service they have which does not allow them do this. The problem came from there end and they should help the customer is the best possible way. Unresolved Issue with My Machine. dont received answer from customer serive

I contacted Dyson Customer Services and went through troubleshooting. I was informed that my machine was not in stock and that I needed to wait until it became available or find a color I liked. I found a color I liked and called Dyson, at which point I was told my inquiry would be escalated to a higher department and that I would receive a call within 24-48 hours. However, I have yet to receive any communication—no missed calls or emails. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue with my machine for over four months, and I’m not receiving the help I need.

My Dyson is leas than two weeks old and Any time I use the soft smoothing brush, it turns off after a few minutes and the light flashes white. My gut tells me the design of the brush is faulty and the air doesn’t come out properly therefore the dryer protects itself. Anyone else has this problem?

Ordered for two times Dyson Airstrait from Dyson Korea. First purchased at Mid August and second at 7th September this year. I don’t have any problems with my first order, but the second has disappointed and totally died for the first used it. Because i work abroad, i bring them and use on the country with same voltage. Sadly, the 2nd dyson airstrait cannot operate and died. Dyson Korea suggest me to bring the items to Dyson Indonesia, which is country i stay time right now, to check what kind of problems. After that, Dyson Indonesia gave up on this because they don’t have the repair tools and worried if the korea warranty is void. ANYONE FROM DYSON SUPPORT ABLE TO ASSIST WITH MY REFUND? IT WAS RETURNED IN JULY AND NOW IT'S OCTOBER

I purchased the hair dryer back in May 2024. I decided to return the item as I wasn’t happy with the product. I returned the item in July 2024. Since then, it’s been a nightmare dealing with Dyson!I’ve called Dyson over 30 times and have so many case numbers only to be told the refund department hasn’t replied back yet on the refund status yet.The product was delivered at the Purolator facility on July 12, 2024. Ever since then I have had such a run around with supervisors at Dyson telling me they’ll have to wait 24-48hrs for a response from the refund dept. It is now Oct 15, 2024. No one has called or replied back to me via phone call or email. I am constantly chasing after Dyson call center for a resolution without any luckI am so exhausted and unhappy with the quality of service I have experienced with Dyson. Frustrating Customer Service - Ongoing issue

Dyson CS is absolutely awful! They have no answers and always tell you to wait for 48 hours and if something hasn’t happened to contact them again. This is frustrating and infuriating for products that are supposed to be customer centric.My issue began when I contacted them in September as the head of my Dyson Ball Animal 2 quit working. After going through troubleshooting with the CSR I was told a replacement head would be needed, however, after checking, they were out of stock. Due to this I was told a replacement, Ball Animal 3 Complete would be provided to me free of charge. In order to fulfill this however, I would have to return my broken vacuum. I agreed to do so and shipped the vacuum back to Dyson. A few days after receiving the defective unit, Dyson shipped out the replacement Animal 3, which was due to be delivered the next day. The next day came and went and I didn’t receive the new unit. I contacted UPS and they stated the unit was placed on the wrong truck and would be de

corrale straightener is terrible

I am absolutely disgusted with the quality of Dyson straighteners. I have only had mine 2.5 years and the battery has been slowly dying and now holds a charge for a whopping minute! I had a ‘chat’ with Dyson last week who told me my only option is to take it to a service center - the nearest of which is at least an hour from my house. They were also unable to tell me how long a battery replacement for a coral straightener would take or how much it would cost - this should be fairly well known at this point with the number of people that have this issue although it seems that not even Dyson can get it right as half the people say the battery can be replaced and half say that it can’t be. Which is it??? Having already spent a considerable amount of money to buy it in the first place, I am not prepared to waste any more money on this product. I am a 57 year old woman who has always bought and enjoyed the superior dyson hair care products. I bought my first dyson product in November of 2021, the Special edition Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer (Prussian blue/rich copper). I was so impressed i bought all 3 of my daughters the same product at a cost of well over £1200 for all 4 products. I then went on to purchase the dyson airwrap long, the dyson corrale straightener and just recently the Dyson Airstrait™ straightener.I have waist length straight hair which I wash and dry just once a week and using the dyson hairdryer means I can dry my hair with no damage in just 10 minutes. Last month I went to use th hairdryer ut tp my surprise nothing happened the machine was dead. Unfortunately this comment is not a positive one for Dyson. After previously purchasing the Dyson vinca rose airwrap in December 2022 I decided to buy the matching Corrale straightener March 2023. Up until August of 2024 I had no real issue with the corrale other than general slight dissatisfaction of the heating element, then this summer the Corrale stopped charging/ powering completely. Due to working away, I recently spoke to Dyson about resolving the issue. Initially they were helpful and with some trial and error and troubleshooting I was satisfied with being told I would receive an exchange. I awaited the email confirming the exchange ,which I received, but never received a confirmed delivery date and ID. I spoke to the chat box once more and was told to package the Dyson in all its original packaging for the exchange. It was the DPD delivery service text informing me they would be there within the hour (a few days after) that was the first indication of any exchange date/time. T
