When will the Dyson Mother's Day Ceramic pink and rose gold hair care machines be available in my country?

I’m wanting to purchase a dyson airwrap but I’m wanting to get the ceramic pink colorway. Can i find a release date for it anywhere because i know we will have it in the the US.(Moderation edit - title updated)

Out of warranty repair - Terrible customer service

Very bad customer service!! Hair dryer broke, just out of warranty, Dyson won’t replace, will cost $400 to fix. Terrible product and customer service.(Edited by moderator – Moved to a new category/ Tags added)

Wow I Just Got My Dyson Airstrait Today In The UK, Its Amazing

What does everyone else think of theirs? It is beautifully designed and engineered, and it works so well on dry hair, I’m about to try it on washed wet hair, I have unruly, thick wavy waist length naturally grey hair, we will see how it get on with my frizz and waves and I’ll come here to update. 🙂 If I had to say anything negative, it’s just the lack of a nice presentation box to keep it in, like my other Dyson hair products came in.

Dyson Airwrap Abroad - Japan vs US

Hello, I am traveling to Japan for an extended time, but live in the US. I am looking to buy a dyson air wrap to have with me in both places. I was wondering if it would be better for me to buy in Japan (slightly lower voltage than US), and use that one or buy in US and use that one.

Order Lost? Support non-existent. Worst experience ever! Help?!

Hello everyone, I guess I should have just looked through some of these topics before getting the great idea of placing an order directly on the Dyson website.I placed an order for an AirWrap as a Christmas gift for my wife a week ago. During the time of the order the page said it would arrive on the 23rd. I thought great, in time for Christmas. And figured even if it's delayed a few days it'll just be a late gift, oh well. I finished checking out and submitted the order successfully, the page reloaded and showed an order confirmation page with all the details and the order confirmation number. It said I should also get an email. Well the email never arrived. I figured maybe a glitch in the matrix and thought not much of it as I did get to the order confirmation page on the Dyson website afterall. Also I received an email from PayPal confirming that I authorized a payment to Dyson.. so I figured I'll just wait for the tracking number email. The tracking emails never came. In fact no up

Airwrap - white flashing light after cleaning but only on the brush attachments

Airwrap/Supersonic Promotion - Wide-tooth comb (March 2022)

Interested to hear if anyone actually got the free upgrade attachment offer for the Airwrap? The comb attachment was offered free for customers but it was never available, put in my notify me request and never heard anything. Help - My curls not lasting - Ideas/Suggestions welcome!

Help! I have had my air wrap for almost a year now and I have not cracked the code. I have fine thick hair and and trying to get the gorgeous curls I see everyone else having. The dyson curls look great at fist but never hold more than 30 min. I have tried pinning them up and a multitude of different products trying to get them to last. How do I get the multi day curls everyone is talking about? I am about to give up since currently my $10 curling iron is creating a better longer lasting curl than my $650 dyson.

Dyson Airwrap - US model doesn’t work in Europe (Kazakhstan)

Hello! My name is Sanzhar and I am writing to you regarding Dyson airwrap styler. I hope that you will help with the problem. The thing is that I ordered the styler on the official site Dyson.com (USA), because in Kazakhstan there are a lot of fake stylers and once I bought the fake version of Dyson and to avoid that problem again I ordered from the official site. I received the styler and yesterday I unboxed it. It turned out that because of the voltage differences Dyson does not work in Kazakhstan. I contacted with Dyson live chat and they said that it is my fault that I ordered from Dyson (USA). I insisted on saying that they must have a warning that says that it is not compatible in other countries at the process of payment stage.  I searched for the same problems and found out that Revana Aliyeva had the same problem. Terrible Return Experience - Refund Still Pending

I returned my Dyson super sonic blow dryer almost a month ago and have not been able to get a straight answer from anyone about when I will actually get my refund.  I received an email on March 6th stating that it was received at the warehouse and my refund will be processed in 7-10 business days.  It’s been over 14 and all anyone will tell me is that I need to wait.  I have never had such a rotten experience with any company, especially not one as well known as Dyson.  I just want a straight answer of when I will get my money back?!?

Hair Care - Excessively oily/greasy hair - Help!

Hi all!I got the dyson airwrap in early October! And I love it!!It works well smoothing my hair, so well in fact that it gets oily/greasy faster.Instead of my pervious hair wash routine, where I was washing two/three times a week, I’m up to five.Any insight would be great!

Dyson Airwrap - US model doesn’t work in Europe (Azerbaijan)

Hi everybody. Husband purchased for me Dyson Airwrap from US and we live in Azerbaijan. So i cannot use it here, because my dyson is not working here. Assistant from website advised to use it with universal voltage adapter. I bought Samsonite adapter from US also, but it doesn’t work with adapter also. What can I do? I would like to change it to Europe model in Turkey, but assistant from Turkey said that, they cannot do it because US warranty is not available in Turkey. What to do?

Airwrap shuts off - terrible customer service

Terrible customer service.  My airwrap just shuts off every 10 seconds and their response is to buy a new one!!  I spent $600 and it only last 2-½ years!!!  Terrible terrible customer service - I am so mad that I made a horrible investment!!!!!

I keep seeing comments claiming that the Mother’s Day colourway has launched in the UK but it doesn’t include the airstrait. Why not, Mother’s Day is 9 days away in the UK! Can we expect it?

WANTED: Oval Attachment for the Airwrap, please!

Recently tried a friend’s Drybar Doubleshot and LOVE the oval shape and the bristles/spacing of the bristles. The shape of the oval brush would be easy to replicate, it seems, and gives a different shape and creates more volume at the root than Dyson's round brush attachment. In particular, also like how the bristles have rounded tips and are more spaced apart, as this creates less pulling - therefore, less hair loss/damage. Please make an attachment like this, as I think many people would purchase the Airwrap, takeaway other devices from our arsenal, and be a game-changer for those who already own the Airwrap. I think that the demand is there and the Airwrap is superior to the Drybar, Revlon, and other similar products with an oval-shaped brush head as far as the heating and airflow mechanism - but, the oval-shaped heads are what make those devices so great. Thanks!!!

How do I use the Airwrap on my Frizzy/Curly hair?SPOTLIGHTED POST

Hey everyone! I got an Airwrap last month. Have been struggling for over an hour daily trying to make it work with my hair.I started off with wet hair, like recommended. I use a frizz free products and leave in conditioner.Instead of my curls holding, they immediately started dropping out - I even used hairspray to set them in place. I use the hairdryer attachment, firm smoothing brush and finish with the smaller barrel to set my hair.Following a recommendation from a girl at my gym, I tried only the firm smoothing brush, used the coldshot to set my hair and completing with hair spray. My curls lasted a few hours, which was better but still not all day.My question is, will I ever get the Dyson to work on my hair?

It’s never easy justifying the price you pay for top quality tools. But it’s always easy selling something that you are truly confident in. It is on display every day and I make a big deal showing everyone it is the only styling tool at my work station. And I’m my trolly they will see my scissors and the attachment parts to the air wrap.As a stylist if I know that my client is using this in their spare time . I already know that they are doing their job in looking after their hair themselves . Ensuring they’re using recommended products too. It leaves me with less roadblocks when it comes to their service which a lot of the time my biggest time waster is working carefully around damaged and fragile hair. I use it for my weekly blow wave concessions and some of my clients even have one of their own. Because of this Almost 80% of my clientele use the air wrap once a week with me or at home. This has become their only styling source for the week.My clientele are my walking advertisement.

US dyson airwrap - will it work in Japan

I’ve spent almost $1600 on two airwraps, originally I purchased from the US and later realised it doesn’t work in Australia where I live, I then purchased another one from Australia to use here, however I travel a lot and want to use it on my holidays etc.. I want a definitive answer preferably by a Dyson rep if the US bought Airwrap would work in Japan? If not then I’ve just wasted money on a hairstyler that I can’t even travel with

Dyson Airwrap brought it Canada won't work now I've relocated - What can I do?

I moved to Canada to study for the last nine months and bought a Dyson hair wrap. Prior to buying it I asked in the Dyson store would it work when I do move back home to which they confirmed if I bought adapter. Since being home it won't work, I've contacted Canada Dyson customer service to which they told me to contact Dyson in Ireland. I was in touch with them for them to tell me that the engineer said to get converter adapter and to go into the Dyson store for recommendation of which one to buy. I called my local store to which they wouldn't recommend it as it will blow the fuse. I contacted Dyson in Canada again to which they said the same thing. I recalled Dyson Ireland a hour later and different girl said do not buy converter as it will blow the Dyson.  How can three different customer services have different recommendations. I have travelled with my GHD to UK, Spain, USA and Canada never had any issues. This is cost $1000 CAD and is only four months old. I use it everyday What c

Identifying counterfeiter - Dyson Supersonic

I recently bought a Dyson Supersonic HD07 off eBay which was shipped to me from China. The product feels heavy, the accessories look solid, the cable and box have a serial number tag but I still have a feeling that the product is not genuine. I was able to register the product on MyDyson website without any issues. I did reach out to the customer care center and all they said is that if the device gets registered, then it's not counterfeit. Can you suggest how else I can validate the authenticity of my product? I couldn't not find any proud issues with manufacturing (looks a little dull though) or anything to do with the logo or otherwise. Any help is appreciated! Best regards
