Dyson 360 Eye connection with MyDyson app failed

Hi I got the 1st gen Dyson 360 eye from a friend who did not want to use it any more after he moved to a new apartment that is too small. However he did not remove the vacuum cleaner properly in his MyDyson app and now I cannot connect to it using MyDyson app.I also tried the troubleshooting procedures to download the enable, disable and reset wifi config but it never worked! I still cannot connect and use the vacuum cleaner using MyDyson app. Is there another way to factory reset the vacuum cleaner? It has still the old configs and map so the vacuum cleaner pretty useless to me if I can´t get it to connect to MyDyson.The connection always hangs at step 3 in Confirming Connection and never succeeded! Please see screenshot… can someone from Dyson support help me reset the robot using other means? Thank you so much! I already tried this step very close to the router and wifi access point to no avail! Restarted all router and wifi APs and it still does not work. Other wifi devices have no

My finger slipped from English to German and now I cannot find how to change language and cannot proceed. I have trouble bending over to see the LED which is why I bought the robot.

How does the Dyson 360 Vis Nav™ robot handle floors?

Hey allcan someone please tell me how does the new robot handle floors exactly? Let’s say that the ground floor is the main base, but on occasion I want to take it upstairs so it cleans kid’s rooms. How does that exactly work? Some considerations:Does it need a base upstairs? (can I buy a second base?) Does it understand on its own that it’s on another floor, or I have to manually tell it? MyDyson App Not Recognizing My Device

Hello,Following the highly anticipated launch of the Dyson 360 Vis Nav in France last week, and after receiving it, I am encountering an issue: the MyDyson app does not recognize the device.I have attempted to connect it using my iPhone, iPad, and even an Android smartphone to no avail. Despite the device clearly emitting a Bluetooth signal.It seems the issue lies with the app. Are there others experiencing the same problem?The only solution offered by customer support (which is, by the way, very poor) is to return the device for a replacement within one week. However, this likely won't resolve the issue since the device is emitting a Bluetooth signal, indicating that the problem stems from the app.I find it unacceptable to sell such an expensive device and offer such subpar customer support. At this price range, Apple provides much better service. It's baffling.

Dyson 360 Eye - Mission impossible to find battery

Has any soul on this earth suceed with locating an geniun original Dyson 360 battery? I made the big mistake to send my beloved robot to repair at Dyson center in Germany and when they sent it back the battery was taken out. I have tried for since december (last 6 month) signing up for every replacement site on multiple Dyson website but the battery is never back in stock. I have checked multiple 3rd party website, ebay, amazon there is only chinese knock of. I was so desperate so i bought a chinese knock off and after only 1 use the machine is flashing red battery light.It feels so sad that i have to through out the machine just because there is no possible way to buy a new battery. I’m doing this last effort and ask here, and from my research even the Dyson 360 Heurist battery should work, but even that is not possible to locate anywhere in the world.

Dyson 360 Vis Nav not charging

Just bought a new 360 Vis Nav and after 5 minutes of use it displayed Low Battery - Return to Dock. It was promptly returned, but did not appear to charge despite being in the dock (with the blue light illuminated so say it was ready, and then turned off when on the dock). It does not appear to be charging and is with low power. Is there something wrong? It’s also not on the latest version, despite allowing auto update through the App. Help!!

Dyson Vis Nav unable to locate dock - Help!!

My 360 Visnav tells me to return to dock but it’s on the dock. Called Dyson they said it maybe a faulty dock. I now have to return the dock before they’ll send another one out. I understand if it was the actual matchine. It’s a bit of plastic not even the power cord! Disappointing!

I have just unpacked and set up my brand new machine. It has successfully connected to wifi. Says place on dock, it is on dock, battery not connected, robot temperature too high. It won’t even start. Software updates fail. Shattered! What am I missing?

Mapping issues on the 360 Vis Nav

I’ve had a Roomba in the past and hated it, so I was excited to finally get a Dyson, having bought my first Dyson vacuum in 2006. I expected the mapping on the Dyson to be top notch. Last night, I mapped our home, and this morning I tried creating a map. Our home has angles, so not everything is on a 90-degree layout. There is no way for me to put a separation at a 45-degree angle. Rotating the separation is only at 90-degree angles. With the Roomba, we could isolate our kitchen for a daily cleaning, but there is no way to do this without adding 45-degree separators. This also means that our cleaning routine over FIVE AND A HALF HOURS to clean the living room and kitchen together? Dyson, will you be adding the ability to create 45-degree angles in the software? If not, this vacuum is completely useless in our home. Here’s the Roomba map with angled zone dividers:

Why isn't my Dyson robot returning to its dock?

Hi, I’ve had the Vis Nav for nearly a week now, and it astounds me how something so expensive could be so bad. I live in a 60m2 flat, and it hasn't been able to complete a clean of the entire place on 3 attempts, regularly gets lost and returns to base. This morning, while attempting another clean, it did two rooms, then went to base. I tried again with the two zones it missed; it cleaned one and decided it didn’t want to bother with the other. Now, I'm trying to clean the last zone, but it won’t even leave the dock. What should I do?Is the firmware going to improve?Should I just return it now?(Moderation edit - title updated)

Dyson 360 Heurist disappeared form the website and it’s now possible to book the Dyson 360 visnav.I’m not planning to get rid of my Dyson 360 Heurist anytime soon,is it being discontinued? for how long will the app support this model? for how long Dyson will support replacement parts?Thanks

Why does my Dyson 360 Heurist robot vacuum return to its dock as soon as I start a clean?

My robot keeps starting and moving off the dock for about a foot or so, turns round and heads back to re dock. Returning to light dock comes on and in app the room I’m trying to clean gets a negative sign by the room.all filters cleaned and checked. Vacuum 2years old.Battery charging normally. No blockages. Dyson 360 Vis Nav - 3 weeks and getting a software fault 17.11.-1

Hi I have had my robot for 3 weeks and everything was going well up to yesterday when the unit starts to have errors and needing attention. The first 3 weeks were perfect and no issues occurred at all. This morning got an error message on my machine - serial number F6C-UK-SGA0326A. Error code is 17.11.-1 Please advise how to fix the machine. I am at work so have not been able to put it back on the dock yet.

Dyson 360 vis nav - Runtime help

Hello together, have several questions.first, the battery life. The Dyson is fully charged, starts to clean, after not even 15 minutes it returns to the station and charges. After charging, he goes again, but after not even 3 minutes, battery dead again. So I do not manage to clean a room!then I wanted to reset the Dyson today as described in the description. LED panel pressed, but the menu delete data, does not appear. It comes only switch off, update via USB stick and cancel.What could I do?

360 Heurist - Jockey Wheel

I just got a unit off of ebay from Japan. Apparently, the I thibknits called the bump skid is broke. It's in the middle of the front it pivots 30 degrees left/right. I think it's supposed to have a wheel or something there, but it's just a plate and the spring ends are dragging the floor. Does anybody know of a parts diagram for this? And where I csn order a replacement? Thanks.

Dyson App not available in my region

I bought a vis 360 vacuum cleaner in Austria. And after returning home, I found out that the My dyson application is not supported in Slovakia. How is it even possible when dyson sells products in Slovakia that require the use of an application?When will the application be available for Slovakia?Until then, the vacuum cleaner is useless to me and was it a waste of money?
