It’s never easy justifying the price you pay for top quality tools. But it’s always easy selling something that you are truly confident in. It is on display every day and I make a big deal showing everyone it is the only styling tool at my work station. And I’m my trolly they will see my scissors and the attachment parts to the air wrap.As a stylist if I know that my client is using this in their spare time . I already know that they are doing their job in looking after their hair themselves . Ensuring they’re using recommended products too. It leaves me with less roadblocks when it comes to their service which a lot of the time my biggest time waster is working carefully around damaged and fragile hair. I use it for my weekly blow wave concessions and some of my clients even have one of their own. Because of this Almost 80% of my clientele use the air wrap once a week with me or at home. This has become their only styling source for the week.My clientele are my walking advertisement.

Corrale Straightners will not hold charge

I bought these very expensive upmarket straighteners for my wife and she has loved them, but now they do not hold their charge and the battery needs to be swapped out. Although an Engineer by trade i have looked to change myself, but no chance as it is clearly a dismantle job with the correct tools.Immediately thought get repaired by Dyson; I need the serial number? Where is that? It’s in a window between the plates, unfortunately it has worn away as my wife holds the straighteners in that area and it is now erased. So what do I do now? Suggestions welcome? I could always get a non-Dyson repair but assume the batteries are Dyson specific? I have no box and these are 4 years old. It appears the Dyson repair centre cannot help me as I have no serial number? Seems fairly short sighted for a premium manufacturer; looks like GHDs for Christmas this year.Next time (if there is) I will make sure that serial number is recorded; my fault 🤦‍♂️ I wonder if Dyson does Trade ins (without the

4 month old Supersonic Pro Stops Working Mid-dry/All Lights Flash

Hello. Can anyone help? This $500 hair dryer is 4 months old. It will randomly turn itself off and then all lights flash. Dyson is telling me they can’t refund me, which I think is wrong give them hairdryer is only 4 months old. Anyone else have this issue? The machine is new and regularly cleaned and stored in its case when not in use, and only I am using it with my husband occasionally using it, so it’s not as if it is getting over-used. Anyone else in this boat? Pretty frustrating for something that was so expensive, and is basically brand new.

Everytime I use the air strait, even on completely dry mode, my Dyson air purifier shows purple/red.Doesn't happen when I use my Dyson supersonic or any other hair heat tools. Any clue what this emission is? Should we be concerned about health risks?

dyson hairdryer makes my hair greasy more quickly

Hello,I got a new Dyson hairdryer recently and I've noticed when I dry my hair, even without using the styling attachments, it gets greasy much more quickly. It is just happening with the Dyson as I dried my hair with my old Philips hairdryer to check and my hair lasts much longer in between washes than with the Dyson. I haven't changed anything in my routine and no new products so it has to be the hairdryer but i can't work out why?? Or how to fix this. Any ideas? Thankssteph

round brush keeps coming off

I got the air warp at Christmas. The round brush attachment keeps coming away from the main styler every time I use it. It’s clicked in properly but just pops off every single time, no matter what. It’s really frustrating!!!

Dyson Airstrait performance

Hi, This thread is to inform others that the Dyson airstrait does NOT function at higher altitudes. I was not aware of this when purchased, and discovered this after the 30 day return period. Dyson has done nothing to rectify other than offer more products that won’t work at altitude. Buyer beware. I also couldn’t leave a review, so had to resort to leaving here for others to be made aware of this incredibly frustrating design flaw.

Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer Not Working

I purchased a Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer from a store in Dublin, Ireland on 20th March 2021. The guarantee is out of date since last March 2023. The hairdryer has been working intermittently in the last two weeks and stopped working totally yesterday. I cleaned the filter as per instruction on the My Dyson website. I paid €300 for this hairdryer and it has only lasted two years and eight months and I really don’t feel that this is satisfactory. I have had other cheaper brands of hair dryers in the past and they have lasted over five years. Is there support available?Many thanks
