How can I obtain an update on a refund status?

I returned my Dyson airwrap almost a month ago, and I have not received my refund of $599.  I got an email stating that it was received at the warehouse and my refund will be processed in 7-10 business days.  It’s been over 14 days.  I have never had such a rotten experience with any company, especially not one as well known as Dyson.  Every time I called I get a different answer, I want my money back.

Dyson Animal Light Ball vertical pipe blocked

Hi all, I am hoping someone can help. I have a Dyson Animal light ball and it is blocked. It is blocked in the clear vertical pipe that goes from the top of the ball assembly to the opening in to the detachable waste bin. I can pull out stuff from the top of the pipe but I can see there is stuff in there all down the pipe. Is there a way at getting at it?

Complaint

Please can I have an email address to send my complaint to?  I have tried chat online, numerous calls and completed the online complaint form.  I had a response from the online complaints form (eventually) which said they required me to “please share my issue” which I had tried to do but the character limit restriction on the form is so low you can’t type much!  However, when I tried to reply to the email and spent ages drafting the detailed response sharing y issue, I received an email back saying “This inbox isn’t monitored, so you won’t receive a reply to the email you’ve sent”……???????

very disappointed customer serivice

My husband purchased a gift for me , Dyson air wrap. It got an issue after using it for 7-8 months. Shipped it to the warehouse for warranty claim in mid November 2024, warehouse received it on November 22 2024. I was aware that it takes 14 to 21 days to get your replacement unit. And here I'm sitting at dec 28, 2024, haven't heard anything from them. Everytime I call just getting one answer ohh I have send release request for your unit to warehouse. I have called customer service for 4-5 times and sent 7-10 emails. No update, very poor service. Warranty claim shouldn't take more than 3 weeks and even though it's take time customer should get proper answer for peace of mind as specially on holidays. I'm thinking that I almost lost my money which I have spend it for better product but poor service. So much headache,  they are offering 20% off on upgrade "NO I DON'T WANT TO DO ANY UPGRADES I JUST NEED MY MACHINE"

occasionnally not much water being collected in dirty tank G1

I have had the g1 one month and am happy with it. However a couple times I have found that even though the floor is wet and cleaned there is no water being collected in the dirty tank. It happened today even though I had used the mop normally , I left it for a few minutes and went back to it. No water was collected. Then I did a self clean and no water was collected at all during the self clean. I put water on the floor, mopped it and then it worked fine. I did the self cleaning again and it worked. Is this normal? Did I do something wrong or is it the machine? Thanks

A Cautionary Tale of Horrendous Customer Service and Quality Issues

 I purchased the Dyson Airwrap for my daughter as a Christmas gift, spending a hefty $469.99. The item arrived promptly after I ordered it on December 2, and my daughter was thrilled to use it on Christmas Day. Unfortunately, her excitement was short-lived—after just one use, the device completely failed to turn on.This is where the nightmare began. I contacted Dyson’s customer service, only to be met with scripted, robotic responses that failed to address my questions or concerns. It was impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. The options they gave me were equally appalling: wait two months for a refund or return the defective product for a replacement. Reluctantly, we chose the replacement route and shipped the faulty unit back on December 26. Dyson confirmed receipt of the return on December 30.Assuming the replacement process would be quick, I called on January 2 to check the status—only to be told I’d have to wait 18 business days before they’d even ship the replacement.

Full Body Dryer

Can you make a full body dryer (using air blade technology) that is integrated in the bathroom, like a sink or toilet, fits into existing framing of home or integrated in new construction…..No one has one that is viable. this would save so many resources - especially if it was powered by solar (battery)…….

Delayed Order (Warranty Part)

Hi guys, I had a replacement Digital Motorbar Cleaner Head approved under warranty.  The order was placed on 15 November 2024 and confirmed by way of email.  Email stated “your order has been dispatched”. I phoned Dyson customer service on 25 November 2024 and was advised that the goods take up to 14 days and everything was in hand.  Fair enough I thought.  However, by 29 November there was still no delivery.  Time for another phone call.  The representative I spoke to on this occasion had me holding for quite some time whilst they attempted to track down my order.  Eventually admitting that it was still at the warehouse and assured me it would be expected by Friday 13 December 2024.  Well here we are now 5 January 2025.  Where to go from here?  31 minutes in phone calls so far and no favourable outcome. I am on my 5th Dyson and unless they get their act together, this will be my last.

Purifier Hot+Cool

Hello Dyson Commuunity,As I am planning to set a Hot+Cool Purifier on my computer desk beside the computer (left side), which one should I buy?Although I have a heater beside my chair, it will be awesome to buy one that can be both fan and heater.Is it safe to have a Hot+Cool purifier near me, tough, if I close door/window?I definitely need a fan as my room can be very hot when the sun is shiningAs it is challenging to filter purifier by myself I think, how long can we use until we have to filter it?Can we adjust the temperature of the purifier in celcius?Can purifiers be plugged in all tthe time while using it? Thanks, and God bless!!

Worst customer service

I purchased the air purifier 2 month ago and I received the wrong item (floor dok for vacuum machine). I contacted customer service and they said they will start investigate with GLS shipping company. I wanted to return the wrong item dyson sent to me, and I wanted cancel the order or refund but they said they can’t. They said I have to wait 30-60 days for investigate result. I’ve waited 2 month and when I contacted dyson again, they asked me to contact GLS to close the case so they can give the resolution. I contacted GLS and they said there is NONE open case or ongoing investigate under my ordered tracking number. GLS rep also wondered why I contacted them by myself for this issue because dyson should be the one who fix this problem. I contacted dyson again today and they said they will file this case and it will take 35 days to give me resolution…… I also have contacted dyson customer service via email several times, but they just gave me the same answers over and over that they are

How to make a complaint to Dyson Australia about poor customer service?

I am really frustrated and customer service from a reputed brand like Dyson is appalling. I was assured of delivery by 18th December before Christmas when I ordered on 15/12/2024, that's why I ordered directly from Dyson. This was a Christmas gift. Now almost more than 20 days and still haven't received full supply. I was expecting Dyson to send another unit for Christmas when I contacted initially on 20/12/2024, then redirect your original supply if and when tracked down. But even after several phone calls to you and courier company, no luck. I was advised initially by Dyson that it was courier company's fault and as a customer I don't care how Dyson ships items to customers. It is Dyson's responsibility for delivering the ordered item to customer premises. I haven't had a bad experience before from a reputable company like this. I still keep getting emails from Dyson periodically that they are trying to track down the shipped product.I would like you to initiate a complaint process a

supersonic hairdryer

Hi all!  could I ask what the average life span of the super sonic hair dryer has been for pepole. when used once a day if that?  iv had mine for 4 years and no longer wants to work on the higest speed setting and lacks power. im hairdresser and have used other branded hair dryers for work that have lasted me for years!  I thought id invest in the Dyson for personal use so im disappointed that for all that money i got 4 years use. I just expected better quality for the money i think.

New Member New Vacuum

Well my daughter talked my wife into buying a Dyson. It’s scheduled to arrive tomorrow. It is a V8 absolute.what should we know ahead of time and what can we expect from this unit. We have a short haired dog that sheds pretty good. I know this is fairly old tech considering where they are generationally at Dyson right now. But I was wondering if there were any tips tricks or suggestions on how to get the most out of this unit. Thank you. CurtW

Dyson V11 not working

I took out my filter the other day, cleaned and dried it and ever since the vacuum won’t turn on. There is no display on the screen, just two flashing blue lights on the battery, even though I’ve charged it multiple times.

Never again, Dyson 35 years of Dyson finish. Looking forward to a Shark

The cleaning head was replaced in August 2023 on my Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal. It has a design fault, hair gets trapped between the roller and a tab that protrudes and jams the roller. See photo.I called CS who agreed a free repair,IF I wait 10 days for a courier, 7 days with a repair agent and another 7 days plus to be couriered back. Or pay £65 for a new head. In other words lets wind you up so you don’t want to be without your machine. It’s a user removable part, why on earth do I have to return the whole machine? Horrible Customer Service & Product Malfunction

Good afternoon, We had ordered the Dyson V15 back in June. About 2 weeks ago, the vacuum started to turn on/off sporadically. It was not pulsating. I followed the care instructions and support information provided online. Cleaning, charging, changing filter. This did not solve the problem. I called the help-line for assistance. They said my options are to obtain a replacement body, which was/is currently out of stock. Or, to mail in my current device and then upon receipt, a new one will be mailed to me in 11 to 18 business days. Either option would leave me without a vacuum for an extended amount of time. This entire situation is odd to me. Firstly, I have severe asthma, that is the entire reason for purchasing this product. My purchase only took 3 days to arrive but now I have to wait over three or more weeks for a replacement? This is three or more weeks that could result in breathing issues/asthma attack.  My phone call with your help-line was not helpful. It made me question their

Missing Package, customer service claims no responsibility

We have ordered 2 products from Dyson but received only 1 product. We have been calling dyson for a month, and every time they have been telling that they have opened a claim with UPS, saying that they have sent 2 packages but UPS only delivered one product. and ultimately, the customer support representative told this morning that they cannot do anything on this. And they are not responsible for whatever has happened. The customer service representatives were very rude and have told us that we have to deal with UPS and dyson is not responsible. The proof of delivery shows that only 1 product was delivered, in a small box. which in no way would fit 2 products and dyson customer service accepts the fact that the box in the picture from proof of delivery contains only 1 product and not 2.  What can dyson do to help deliver the missing product or refunding the money if they cannot do so?
