How can I obtain an update on a refund status?

I returned my Dyson airwrap almost a month ago, and I have not received my refund of $599. I got an email stating that it was received at the warehouse and my refund will be processed in 7-10 business days. It’s been over 14 days. I have never had such a rotten experience with any company, especially not one as well known as Dyson. Every time I called I get a different answer, I want my money back.

With the new update, they have removed an element that makes the application irritating to use. Before you could swipe from right to left or right to change from one device to another, now it takes two clicks to change. It's not a lot of clicks, but day to day it has an impact. In the new menu, we only have the choice to click on the top right to return to the list of devices. Clicking on my products at the bottom doesn't even show us the list when we are on a device. In the application's update note, they indicated: improved navigation. It's quite the opposite.

Rotating function cannot switched off.

That‘s my Dyson and I‘m living in Germany nearby Stuttgart. The rotating function cannot be switched, neither with the app, nor by control pad.

does anyone know what causes a clean to be abandoned?

Does anyone know what the reason for a 'clean abandoned' notification is? I have intermittently had this error notification on my phone. When I click on the notification it takes me to the app and I see a message advising that the clean was abandoned. No causes are given for the abandoned clean and I do not know if there are any logs to record the reason. Is there a list of potentially causes that will help me diagnose and resolve the issue?

Supersonic Hairdryer Power Cord

My supersonic stopped working. The filter is clean but the green light on the plug does not appear to be coming on We have tried in several plug sockets and have pushed the test button. The Dyson support page is useless. The email support utterly useless and sent me to the accessories page which had no power cords on it. The phone line is useless over hour wait to speak to no one. I just want to know where I can buy a replacement USA cord for my machine - $650 cost for 3 year use is hopeless if you cannot fix the machine. Very disappointed with Dyson support and seeking any help possible.

Given my specific health needs, I urge you to consider offering me a replacement or providing an alternative solution. My experience is similar to a lot of others, terrible, but to further add insult to injury i have been advised to dump a perfectly viable part as Dyson cannot seem to issue a returns label despite several promises to issue a label and twice assuring me the problem had been escalated and would sorted. Finally they just issued a refund as told me to dump the perfect, but wrongly supplied part, which i might add was advised by Dyson as the correct part having identified my vacuum model number. that is sad and not very “GREEN”

Will my Dyson airwrap multi-styler purchased in india work in Europe?

Hi, I purchased my dyson in india less than a year ago, I have conflicting answers to the question if it may work in Europe or not? My device is 230v | 50 hz, Europe’s 220v | 50hz. Going by the replies from dyson community, looks like my device falls in the same range as needed for Europe, yet I also keep coming across threads that mention it may not work anywhere except the country you bought it in. Could you please clarify?

Morph Solarcycle Morph light keeps turning off every few minutes

I had been a satisfied user of the Dyson Morph for over a year, and initially, I was pleased with its performance. However, starting from a few months ago, I experienced occasional instances where the device would turn off by itself. At the time, I attributed this to potential motion sensor sensitivity and didn't pay much attention. Regrettably, the problem seems to have intensified recently, with the Dyson Morph frequently shutting down on its own—even when the motion sensor is turned off! Annoyed by this recurring issue, I did some research and found many similar complaints from other users regarding the device's erratic behaviour. I'd like to know whether your team has identified the root cause of this issue and, if so, what steps can be taken to rectify it?!

Urgent: Five Failed Replacement Shipments for WashG1—Requesting Immediate Assistance

I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding a series of unresolved issues with my Dyson WashG1 replacement process. Since sending my unit in for warranty repair in January, I have experienced five consecutive failed replacement shipments. Despite assurances from customer service, I have yet to receive a functioning unit. Shipment Timeline: • Shipment #1 – Lost on February 19, 2025 (Reported: all merchandise missing, carton discarded – Conroe, TX) • Shipment #2 – Lost on March 15, 2025 ( Missing shipping label – Houston, TX) • Shipment #3 – Lost on March 18, 2025 (package could not be located – Walton, KY) • Shipment #4 – Lost on March 23, 2025 (merchandise missing – Arlington, TX) • Shipment #5 – Lost on March 25, 2025 (Last scan in Houston, TX—never arrived) I have made multiple requests for the replacement to be shipped via FedEx or expedited overnight delivery, even offering to cover any additional costs. No Replacement Order after a month

I have been trying to get a replacement vacuum from Dyson for over a month. I sent in my original vacuum over a month ago, and have still not received a replacement. I have reached out 5 separate times following up on the replacement, and each time they tell me I will receive tracking information for my replacement in 24-48 hours… nothing. How do I go about getting my replacement? It seems unlikely anything will change by reaching out to their customer service at this point, I am out over $1000, and have been without a vacuum for over a month. One of the worst experiences with a business ever.

Looking for Advice – Dyson G1 Wash Replacement Nightmare

I bought a Dyson G1 Wash at the end of last year, but it had issues, so I contacted Dyson support. They instructed me to return the machine, and once they received it, they would send me a replacement. Dyson received my return on January 29th, but since then, it has been a complete mess trying to get my replacement: 2/12: Dyson shipped a new unit, but UPS marked it as an empty carton. 2/17: Dyson attempted to ship again but forgot to put a shipping label, so it was returned to Dyson. 2/28: Another shipment attempt, but the package was marked as return to sender. 3/10: Dyson tried once again, and now this package is lost. I’ve contacted Dyson support multiple times, but all I get are scripted responses and no real help. I also tried reaching out to UPS, but Dyson has claims blocked, so I can’t even investigate on my own. At this point, I’m out a lot of money, and I still don’t have a working machine. Ongoing Dyson Replacement Issue – No Response for Over 3 Months

Has anyone else experienced extreme delays with Dyson’s replacement process? Back in November 2024, I contacted Dyson about my vacuum, which has a major issue—the brush roll spins, but it makes a loud, shaky noise and produces a burning smell, so we can’t use it. They told me a few days later that they would send a box and replace the entire machine since they didn’t have the necessary parts. Then the Canada Post strike happened, so I understood there would be delays. However, once the strike ended, I reached out again on January 11, 2025. On January 16, I was told to wait 24-48 hours while they looked into it. Since then, I’ve followed up four times and still haven’t received a single response or update. At this point, I feel completely ignored. I have two cats, two dogs, and a toddler, so I need a working vacuum. Three months without any resolution is beyond frustrating. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of issue, and if so, how did you get Dyson to actually respond and follow thr

Support nightmare

Does anyone think it is bit bizarre a company that prides themselves as “World Class” and “Iconic Support” (Dyson) … actually has one of the worst support policies in the entire consumer electronics sector? When, not if, your Dyson craps out… you have to send back and wait 18 fricken days for a replacement???? Garbage! Shame on Dyson! I had to go back to Costco, buy a new one and will return it when my crap replacement comes back! this company is a complete joke!

Dyson v10

My Dyson v10 has started to flash a red light when almost charged. If I take it off the floor dock and put it on again it’ll continue to charge ok. Dyson said it was a faulty battery although a brand new battery still has the same issue! Any ideas what it could be? Filter is clean and it picks up ok.
