Hello!
I keep getting this error message about the drop sensors being obscured alert, and I keep cleaning the sensors are the diagram shows, top, bottom, sides….and then sometimes it happens again after 1 minutes, and sometimes it happens upto 4 times.
How can I avoid this? Am I cleaning it incorrectly? I’m using dry paper towel or dry glass lens cleaner cloth to clean the sensor areas. So, im not sure what else to do.
I’m noticing that it seems to do this more often when it goes over a HVAC register (on the floor register, like this https://www.lowes.com/c/Registers-grilles-Heating-cooling), or just after perhaps the sensors are confused and not dirty?
