Drop sensor alert is constantly appearing on my 360. I follow instructions. Sometimes it wont allow me to reset. Have to restart machine.

Any ideas community??

In the first instance, we’d recommend ensuring that both the robot’s software, and the version of the MyDyson™️ app you’re running, are updated to the latest available releases.

It’s also a good idea to check all the sensor lenses are clean using a dry microfibre cloth - this is shown in our maintenance tips video guide:
