I have just received my brand new Dyson 360, I have not been able to set it up as it has automatically came up with the error code 11.17.1.
i have completed the power cycles, uninstalled and reinstalled on app, nothing.
called CS and I had to book in to talk to an expert which isn’t until another week, fairly poor service to receive a unusable vacuum cleaner and have to wait so long to have it fixed.
