have the heurist 360 - will find everyone wleses wifi but mine

have the heurist 360. just moved to new apartment. it sees all the other WiFi in my block apart from mine. it is near the WiFi, I have changed router from 2.5 to 5mhz changed the name of the router and it just can’t find it. the Dyson is sat right next to router. I’m puzzled as worked in previous property no problems.

Welcome to the Dyson community!

To troubleshoot your Dyson, please - 

  • Switch on your robot and place it on to charge. Your machine will require power throughout the connection process.
  • Make sure you have your home Wi-Fi network password to hand, as you will need this later.
  • Your mobile device does not need to be connected to your home Wi-Fi network. You will be able to choose a suitable network during the connection process and provide the machine with the password.
  • Ensure that your device's Bluetooth is on. On most devices, this can be done by swiping down from the top of the screen and tapping the Bluetooth icon. You can also go into your device's settings to activate Bluetooth.
  • The Dyson 360 Heurist™ has been optimised to operate on both a 2.4 GHz and a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network.

Kindly add the machine by press 'Add machine'. The app will now perform a scan for products. Select your Dyson machine from the options.

Please let us know has the app found your robot so that we can assist you accordingly.

Thanks Asatha, I had already followed these steps. The vacuum is connecting with my phone then cannot find my WiFi the network name (despite scrolling through) the network is discoverable and is picked up by every other device and the vacuum is seeing my Neighbours WiFi network just not mine. really odd
