Dyson 360 Robot - Brush bar Compatibility.

Hi everyone. Does anybody on here know if the two robot vacuum cleaners share the same brush bar. It’s only in stock with the newer model. Unfortunately I need one for the original one.

Dyson Vis Nav unable to locate dock - Help!!

My 360 Visnav tells me to return to dock but it’s on the dock. Called Dyson they said it maybe a faulty dock. I now have to return the dock before they’ll send another one out. I understand if it was the actual matchine. It’s a bit of plastic not even the power cord! Disappointing!

Dyson 360 Eye connection with MyDyson app failed

Hi I got the 1st gen Dyson 360 eye from a friend who did not want to use it any more after he moved to a new apartment that is too small. However he did not remove the vacuum cleaner properly in his MyDyson app and now I cannot connect to it using MyDyson app.I also tried the troubleshooting procedures to download the enable, disable and reset wifi config but it never worked! I still cannot connect and use the vacuum cleaner using MyDyson app. Is there another way to factory reset the vacuum cleaner? It has still the old configs and map so the vacuum cleaner pretty useless to me if I can´t get it to connect to MyDyson.The connection always hangs at step 3 in Confirming Connection and never succeeded! Please see screenshot… can someone from Dyson support help me reset the robot using other means? Thank you so much! I already tried this step very close to the router and wifi access point to no avail! Restarted all router and wifi APs and it still does not work. Other wifi devices have no

Dyson Robot 360 Eye - No password sticker?

My machine went in for repair and has been exchanged - great, but I’ve had one supplied that seemingly has no sticker on the main chassis, alongside the dust filter at the front, behind the filter around the battery area, and doesn’t come with an instruction manual. Is there no way to establish which password to use?

360 Eye fault 11.6.-1 : what does this mean?

I've owned another 360 since 2018 whilst I worked at Dyson and recently found another on eBay. It's throwing this fault code and flashing red lights. Any ideas how serious this is (ie is this a dud)?

Dyson 360 eye (Japan model) - No longer working in Australia.

Hello since the new release of the robot vacuum in Australia, my Dyson 360 eye has not been functioning due to the software update in the MyDyson app. I have rung the Dyson 1800 number with the above as feedback. Could the software engineers consider in the next update to be able to use the Japan build version in Australia.

Dyson Robot 360 - Possible battery issues

im arguing with myself here but i think i know the answers. Recently my 360 has began to stop for no reason saying it needed to return to dock. If i run a small zone, it will sound as if it is trying to go to max but then dropping down to quiet. I've cleaned the filters and although the battery indicator is full and showing charging when it should. I suspect the battery is shot. anyone experienced this? (Moderation Edit - Tags Added)

Dyson 360 Heurist disappeared form the website and it’s now possible to book the Dyson 360 visnav.I’m not planning to get rid of my Dyson 360 Heurist anytime soon,is it being discontinued? for how long will the app support this model? for how long Dyson will support replacement parts?Thanks

How long will Dyson support the Robot on their App?

I am looking to replace my DC15 with a Dyson Heurist 360 Robot Vacuum.I understand that Dyson no longer manufacture robot vacuum cleaners so I am concerned that Dyson will soon stop supporting the mobile app and I will be left with a bit of kit I can’t use.Does anyone know how long Dyson plan to continue supporting the app for? Help with removing Robot notifications in iOS app that it can't start cleaning

I don’t own the 360 eye anymore and I still get annoying notifications on my ios phone because of the dyson app that it can’t start cleaning (I own other dyson items that I use the app for). There is no way to add the dyson 360 eye to the app since I don’t own it. The dyson 360 eye still shows up in my account on the web, which is the only place it shows up. I have had new phones and deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times so the only place it can get the information from is the my account for dyson on the web. I have called support multiple times to get it removed and have been told it would be removed but it wasn’t. It is a horrible annoying experience. Why don’t they have the option to remove machines you don’t have any more.

Help. What should I call my Robot?

Hi Everyone. After lots of research, much of it on the community, I took the plunge and ordered a 360 heurist.Set up was super easy, the app guided me through every step. Kudos to Dyson. The only issues I've had, which for me is a BIG one, is what to name it. I grew up in the early 1980s and have a lot of Sci-Fi films in which I can draw on. Here's my shortlist.RobocopTerminator R2D2BishopJohnny 5 I obviously can’t buy 4 more.What have others called their Robot?Has anyone got a recommendation to sway me towards one of my name?

360 Eye - Community feedback

Having only joined the community a few weeks back, and owning both a heater and a robot eye. Its great that there is now support for them both.I’ve always found the eye struggles around dusk. Little did I know that it’s not the machine but the amount of lights I have on. I’ll be testing it out later tonight. Great work @Stuart and team.

360 Eye - Is my robot lost or broken?

My Robot always drives backwards and forwards on the same areas of carpet. This lasts for about 2 - 3 minutes before it suddenly shoots of to do the rest of the room.Anyone know why it does this? Is it broken?
