Getting the correct support for your Dyson machine starts with understanding which product you own. Dyson currently has three generations of robot vacuum cleaners. 

Dyson 360 Vis Nav robot vacuum

RB03 is the 3rd generation of Dyson robot vacuum, with an interactive swipe and click LCD touchscreen. 

Dyson 360 Heurist robot vacuum

RB02 is the 2nd generation of Dyson robot vacuum, with an outer status ring featuring 6 illuminated machine function graphics, and an inner Play/Pause button. 

Dyson 360 Eye robot vacuum 

RB01 is the 1st generation of Dyson robot vacuum, with 5 function status indicators which illuminate from beneath the large control button.
